Almost beachfront, clean, clean, clean, first floor unit overlooking beautiful Third Street protected Ocean City beaches. You can enjoy great views from both front decks. This unit is literally 75 feet from putting your feet in the Atlantic Ocean. Sit at the kitchen table and watch the sunrise over the horizon as you sip your coffee! Enjoy the sunset from the decks while sipping on fine wine! Every room is decorated with a nautical touch to give you that "seashore" feeling.
THIS UNIT WAS JUST REMODELED!! There are new hardwood floors in the living and kitchen area and brand new carpets throughout the bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and ample cabinet and countertop space. The entire unit was freshly painted. The steps to the unit are completely enclosed. So, if you park in the garage, you can go from your car to the unit without stepping foot outside. There is plenty of closet space, storage area, and seating to accommodate everyone. The garage accommodates two parked cars and a third car in front of the garage. There is one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, four twin-size beds, and a pull-out queen-size sofabed. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a blender, toaster oven, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.
Right outside our unit is a ramp that takes you right up to the Ocean City Boardwalk which is just three blocks from "Wonderland" amusement park, four blocks from Gillians water park, and six blocks from the famous "Mack and Manco" pizza parlor! The boardwalk offers miniature golf, arcades, great food and candy, plenty of shops, and the best salt water taffies on the east coast! Of course, on those "not-so-great" beach days, you can head up to Asbury Avenue and enjoy all the wonderful stores and activities.
Or maybe go out to eat to Piccini's for some brick oven pizza, or how about Luigi's Restaurant for some great Italian Food? And we cannot leave out the best seafood restaurant right outside of Ocean City - The Crab Trap! If you're looking for some excitement, Atlantic City is only about 20 minutes away! No wonder Ocean City is known as "America's Favorite Family Resort!"
If you are looking for a great summer vacation with your family and/or friends, this is a great place to be! (Sorry, we do not rent for senior week, prom weekend, etc.)
