It is across the street from The Holiday Inn at the Northern Most Point of Surfside Beach (Very Close to Myrtle Beach). It offers easy access to the ocean. This smoke-free unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, Brand New Carpet,Vinyl and Paint. Central Heat and Air, two Private Balconies.Sleeping arrangements are 2 Queen, 2 Doubles and a Full Futon in the Living Room. All mattresses are New! Grounds are Landscaped and Well-Maintained, Swimming Pool and Outside grill. Excellent View of the Ocean from Both Balconies. This condominium has its "Own" Washer and Dryer in the unit. The other condominiums in the building "Share the Public Washer and Dryer on the Third Floor". Has three TVs and a DVD/VCR.
