View of our Sparrow Pond Cottage with covered parking beneath - Kiawah Island Cottage Rental Our Sparrow Pond Cottage - 1026 Scaup Court - is located in Kiawah's West Beach overlooking lush maritime woods with many deer, birds and wildlife to watch. Located on a quiet private cul de sac with the beach, Sparrow Pond Pool and Bath House, Cougar Point Golf Course, West Beach Tennis Center, Shops of Kiawah, and Restaurants a short walk away. We can hear the surf most times from our swing on the front porch. The FREE Sparrow Pond Community Pool for our family and guests is located on the way to the beach access. Our smoke-free Cottage has been renovated and is a little larger than most Sparrow Pond Cottages. Screened porch - wicker seating arrangement and wrap around deck on the side has wrought iron patio table and chairs and lounge chairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. Den has queen sofa sleeper. Cable-DVR TV/DVD in the living room, den TV/DVD player, and also TV/VCRs in two of the bedrooms. WiFi Internet available!!!

Summer  $1,750 week plus 11.5% SC sales/accommodations tax
Winter/Spring/Fall Rates Are Negotiable - Depends on Size of Party and Number
