Tri-level, smoke-free condominium on the water overlooking Lost Echo Bay in Horseshoe Bay West. This is the only condominium development in Horseshoe Bay that is on the golfcourse, on the water and has a pool!

Awesome and extraordinarily beautiful. Because of its proximity to the water, pool and golfcourse....I rent only to mature adults who supervise their children and who have complete control of their whereabouts.

A very special view with lots to do in Marble Falls, Fredericksburg, Austin, San Antonio, Johnson City, etc. Centrally located to all. One bedroom that I call the "kids" room has two full size beds on each side of the room with a single bunk above each full size bed.

If all are part of the same family, it will sleep (six) total. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, and the couch on the second level makes into a Queen-size bed. There is an efficiency on the bottom level w/its own washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, Q-size bed and couch.

This is my second home and I expect anyone who rents to treat it as my home not a motel or hotel. It is truly very nice!

Townhome has 2134 sq.ft. It also has brand new Maytag appliances on the 2nd level and in the efficiency, and brand new carpeting. There are 2 washing machines, 1 large, 1 small (not new). Since this townhome has been completely updated w/new applicances & carpeting....I will only rent long term 3-6 mos to Winter Texans or tenants planning to build a home in Horseshoe Bay. This is the only place in Horseshoe Bay that is on the water, on the golfcourse, and has a pool. Location, location, location!!!
