Our bi-level condominium has three bedrooms and two full baths and has been beautifully and newly re-decorated. This home has two bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath.
The master bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom and deck.
Home is ideally located on the bay. Four blocks to the beach (short blocks) and one block to the playground, food, restaurants, and entertainment.
There is shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. The city has a full recreation program including beach walks and two nightly outdoor concerts each week.
There are three decks. The largest one overlooks the bay and the bridge. You will be within walking distance to many water activities.
No Pets. No smoking or rentals under 21 yrs. of age.
