Chadham by the Sea is a spacious, direct oceanfront condominium. Our condominium is a third floor, three-bedroom, two-bath unit featuring great views from every room since it is an end unit. All bedrooms have views of the ocean, pool, or intercostal waterway. The living and dining areas are direct oceanfront with side windows overlooking the pool and ocean. The front balcony is directly facing the ocean and has tables and chairs. The rear balcony faces the intercostal waterway. A washer and dryer are located inside the condominium. All linens, towels, beach chairs and beach towels, pots, pans, etc. are provided.
Chadham is a small condominium complex consisting of two buildings separated by the pool and cabana. Each building is five floors and has around five units per floor. This is our personal unit. The entire building was renovated in January 2006.
The condominium is a short walk to Canaveral National Seashore. We are located on the "no drive" section of the beach, which makes beach activities safer and less crowded. There are tennis courts and shuffleboard courts on site. In addition, Bethune Beach County Park is just a short walk north. The park offers lifeguards, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and a fishing pier on the intercostal waterway, where manatees reside. Orlando attractions are only an hour's drive.
You will find that this the perfect place to enjoy friends and family or to just get away and unwind. Stop by Ocean's Seafood to pick up fresh seafood to prepare in your own kitchen, or walk across the street to JB's Fishcamp for a great meal at an authentic Florida Cracker style restaurant and active fishcamp. A beach vacation will renew your spirit.

Why the Owner Chose Chadham by the Sea
Our family started coming to New Smyrna Beach in 1982. We found it to be the perfect place to bring our children to play and relax and let the ocean and waves help us unwind. We chose Chadham by the Sea because it is located on a "no drive" section of the beach and is away from the rows of condos. We like to beach walk, and there is nothing better than walking to Canaveral National Seashore to enjoy the peaceful rush of the ocean waves.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Living in Central Florida, we have easy access to many beaches. However, if you talk to most local residents they will tell you that New Smyrna Beach is their #1 choice. It is a people friendly beach absent of any cars, with great sand, good waves, close to the National Seashore Park, with lots of other activities close by. JB's Fishcamp is a close walk. JB's is a Florida Cracker style restaurant and fish camp offering good food, music, decor, and beautiful intercostal views. It is a fun place to go to see manatees.

This is a National Park. It is within walking distance and offers unspoiled access to the ocean and intercostal waterway.
Check out the speedway where the Daytona 500 is held. There is a park offering year round NASCAR fun.
Perfect spot for pizza. Try their greek salad, you will love it.
