Our Dunes of Seagrove condominium - our luxury beachfront unit is a professionally decorated Resort Quest "Platinum" rated, first floor, gulf-front condominium with a wraparound, covered balcony with access from the living area and each bedroom.
The Dunes of Seagrove is a four-story, beachfront complex that includes 7500-square-foot, beach-side, lagoon pool (heated seasonally) with a hot tub. Also included is your individually designated, underground parking space, elevator, complimentary beach service spring through fall season, fitness center with sauna/steam room, tennis courts, and in-ground barbecue grills. The sugar sand beaches are never crowded, so leave the hustle, bustle, and crowds at home and get ready to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Seagrove Beach is consistently designated as a "Clean Beach." The emerald waters simply invite you to relax, stay, and play on the soft white powder sand. Or you can dine in the gulf-front dining area or on the oversized balcony and admire the view and often watch the playful dolphins pass by.
Our "Platinum" rated condominium provides an elevator to 1864 square feet of luxury living on one floor. This unique floor plan provides a gulf view and a private entry from every bedroom to the oversized covered balcony. There are three bedroom, three full baths, and a powder room off the kitchen/living area. All three bedrooms have their own private bathroom; the master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, separate oversized shower, a large walk-in closet, and a sitting area. The family living area, along with every bedroom, offers a TV/VCR/DVD unit. Master king-size bed, guest king-size bed, and guest full-size bed.
The kitchen and family room overlook the Gulf of Mexico and have access to the covered balcony furnished with a glass-top dining table and chairs with two lounge chairs for your relaxation! The family room has a queen-size sleeper sofa along with a chaise lounge chair for the "Queen of the Beach" (or King). The entire condominium has just been professionally decorated in casual beach elegance and sleeps eight people. This is first year this unit has been placed on a rental program.
Dunes of Seagrove is located between Destin and Panama City Beach just off Highway 30A within a few miles of Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach which are all connected by a walking, jogging, and biking path if you want to exercise. There is plenty of nearby shopping including one of the largest factory malls, silver Sands, near Destin but far enough away to keep the condominium area private. There are a multitude of options nearby for dining that range from formal, to casual chic, to family style, to just plain "Old Florida." Or you can drop by one of the local seafood markets for some of the latest fresh seafood catch and take it back to the condominium to prepare and enjoy in our kitchen. So take your pick of the type of vacation you wish to have and select the options that suit your style.
