Nestled in the Tennessee hills overlooking Woodlake Golf course on Norris Lake, you will find this five-bedroom, three-bath, seasonal, lake-view home. It is a custom design home with a 14-foot vaulted ceiling in the upstairs great room, a whirlpool tub, stone fireplace, and scenic views through large picture windows. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck watching the sun rise shining on the valley and mountains overlooking Woodlake Golf course. Only a four-minute, gentle sloping walk to the boat docks (auto parking available at the docks). Everything you will need to have a great vacation on Norris Lake you will find in this beautiful home.
Norris lake, the largest and cleanest of the TVA lakes, with over 800 miles of shoreline, was ranked as "Tn premiere ski lake" by Water Ski Magazine.
Woodlake Golf Course is a Par 72 Championship Golf Course that was called "one of America's best new courses" by Golf Digest in 2000.
Only 75 miles from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Rental Prices:
* Minimum three-night rental; during the summer a limited number of three-day weekend rentals are available.

Deposits and Cancellations:
* $300 deposit due within ten days of booking (this is returned within 30 days of your departure, after inspection for damages)
* 50% of rental amount required 60 days before date of arrival, balance 30 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy:
* 100% refund if cancellation occurs prior to 60 days
* Between 30 and 60 days, deposit is forfeited
* Within 30 days of arrival date, 50% of rental fees are forfeited

Boat Slips - available for rent - slip 31. Price is $8/day/slip or $50/week.

  • This was a great house on a very good golf course. The house was clean and well furnished and there was a great view from the front porches. My golfing group rented two houses in the development and we liked it better than most any place we have been, and the price is most reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
