Two car garage, private deck, a wet bar, and a dining room table that sits six comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle iron, pancake griddle, and much more. Great for entertaining. 42-inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR included, with about 30 movies. CD players with CD also included.
The development has four great tennis courts, pool, sauna, and hot-tub. Located a mile from the casinos, one and a quarter miles from the tram to Heavenly, and less than a mile from the Edgewood Golf Course. Can walk to Nevada Beach through a path that goes through both woods and meadows.
