Our beachfront Condo is located on the southern end (preferred location by many) of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. This 11th floor unit directly faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views, providing panoramic views to the north and south, as well as western ocean and sunset views. The owners visit the Condo several times during the year to update and maintain the unit, making certain everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. Our tropical decor will exceed your expectations for a vacation getaway. From the balcony, you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the dolphins, or have a nice dinner backlit by the beautiful sunset. References available from our numerous return rental "families". Why the Owner Chose Sea Winds
Prior to buying on Marco Island, we rented several times. When we decided to spend most of our vacations there, we decided to look at properties to purchase. We looked at various locations from the northern part of the state to Marco Island. After a three-year process, we realized Marco Island had the best year-around temperatures, white sandy beaches and shelling, and we could have a unit directly on the beach. When we visited the property and saw the dolphins, typically every day, we knew this location was our retirement goal. We love visiting and never tire of the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. If we need livelier entertainment, it's a short trip to Naples with many fun spots there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the ever-changing beautiful sunsets, watching the dolphins, the peaceful R&R, and seeing the ocean every morning when we rise and hearing it at night when we go to bed. The owners are particular about the condition of their unit and visit the property to update, freshen up and make necessary repairs regularly.
Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, restaurants, open-air bar, shops, boat-wishing, and live music in season.
Great restaurant. Try the sauteed fish (dry, unless you like it floating in butter) and creamy garlic dressing.
Great adult outdoor party on Sunday afternoons - food, dancing (live band), adult beverages, jokes, and laughs, for wealthy, not-so-wealthy, visitors, bikers, and all.

We stay last week in this unit and it were a really wonderful vacation. The apartment is so comfortable, and the balcony is awesome. You can hear the sea while you sleep, it's really lovable. stayed here may 21-28, 2011. had all the comforts of home, as well as all the chairs and umbrella needed for the beach. beds were great, tvs and washer and dryer worked like a charm. We have rented houses in Marco as well as other condos and this was by far the best experience yet. had a great time.

This was our 3rd year renting this condo and we just love it. The location is perfect, the view is awesome and the condo feels like home. The owners have put a lot of effort into providing everything you need for a great beach vacationand they have made sure it is always very clean (a definite priority). We stayed in this condo with our children, 13 and 15 years old. We all loved the location and the condo. This was our first time to Marco Island and this condo and we loved it. We definitely recommend this condo for anyone. It truly was as if it was our own, pleasantly stocked with almost everything you need to cook your own dinners if needed, as well as a cooler and boogie board for fun at the beach. The building staff were very nice. The pool area is nice, but honestly, we spent most of our time at the beach in the sun, collecting lots of shells in the morning, including sand dollars (Tiger Tail), starfish (usually near the Marriott), and may others. Took a Jet Ski ride with Capt Rons and loved it. Also took an airboat ride in the Everglades. What an awesome vacation! We didn't want to leave and wnat to come back. The owners are very nice to work with as well. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We stayed in this condo the week before Christmas and was very pleasantly surprised by all the attention to detail and all the furnishings. It was very clean and yes it does have a million dollar view. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and we were sad when we had to leave. The weather was a little cool in the mornings but warmed up nicely by noon. The heated pool was very nice and inviting. Our whole family enjoyed the vacation. It is a kids paradise for collecting sea shells. We would love to come back and we will definitely stay in this condo again.

We have been coming to Marco and staying at this condo every year, sometimes twice a year, for many years now. We feel it's home away from home and the owners make sure that we are comfortable. There is a fantastic view of the gulf and a great place to spend your time relaxing. Excellent restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning every year.
