Master bath recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen including washer and dryer. Our guests have access to the Cabana Club for pool and sandy beach for swimming and sun bathing. Canal front dock with up to 38 foot dockage. House is situated where you will enjoy the evening shade!
This is less than five miles from the Marathon Airport. Enjoy some of the world's best fishing, boating, restaurants, The Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Reseach Center, and Crane Point Museum, nature trails and bird santuary are very close. My husband and I first rented this unit for the winter of 2008. We spend 4 months here and have already reserved next winter. The ammenties are excellent. The space is perfect. The owner is accommodating and very pleasant. Key Colony Beach is a perfect location to experience Keys Life.....It offers everything from easy fishing access to the bay or the ocean, great restaurants, charter fishing, tennis, pickleball,golf, bocce ball, horseshoes, playground, and Cabana Club (included with this property), Then there is Sunset Park...beautiful sunsets! One can walk anywhere in the community at any time of day. Main drags have designated walking areas. The community is safe and the people are friendly. The community center offers lots of free programs throughout the year. It has it all...need I say more!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Once we knew that we were coming back to this awesome property, we thought it would be so beneficial to share with others. As I think the best compliment to a property is to return and do it again!!! And that is exactly what we are doing. It has been a little while since we visited, (as life sometimes get in the way) but we always talk about the great time we had staying in Key Colony Beach and just how spacious the property was and how it had “everything you needed” The comfort of like being at home but boy your are not. It is so much better and so paradise like. The access to all kinds of fishing and boat access , be it Ocean or the Gulf and the view and surroundings are just outstanding. If you want to take a vacation that you are going to talk about for years, then look no more. The property was spotless and extremely well maintained. And the value of what you get for the price, you will never ever want to stay anywhere else when you are in Florida. And when you need a break from fishing (if you even do) you can lay on the beach at the Cabana Club or a short drive to the action in Key West. We like to have it all … and you can’t get a better location or a more spacious everything!!!! Highly recommend and we have traveled! Look no more... you have found it!

You have a wonderful place. We love to fish and with both the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico right there we couldn't ask for more. Your home is well stocked with everything one could want and we hope to bring our family back soon. It is large enough for us all to enjoy! WIth the Cabana Club membership boththe teens and grnadparents had a ball! What more could a family ask for?

Your place is wonderful! It is spacious and has everything one could want. THe master bath is quite a luxury. The upstairs covered porch and the covered downstairs patio make the outdoors as fun as the Keys should be! We can't wait to come back!

What a pleasure to be here! The accomodations are spacious, the master bath is amazing for a vacation place and the home is well stocked for every need. The location on the canal is lovely and perfect for boating or fishing. It is very close to both the Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay (Gulf of Mexico). The covered upstairs porch and the lower patio add a lot of outdoor living to enjoy. The membership to the Cabana Club is great as it has both a great pool and lovely beach front on the Atlantic as is within walking distance.We will be here often.
