Cozy, quiet condominium in park-like setting located in beautiful Couer du Lac(Heart of the Lake)in Incline Village, Nevada. Lower level unit. Great for romantic get-aways and family fun. An indoor hot-tub and sauna are onsite as well as a beautiful outdoor pool for summer use.
Tons of activities are within walking distance: Lake Tahoe and private beaches (Two passes come with condo rental; additional passes can be purchased for a nominal fee at the Rec. Center.) bowling alley, movie theatre, fine dining, Hyatt Casino for gambling and a luxurious Spa, Starbucks Cafe, and more shopping. It's just a short drive (5 min.)to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 30 min. to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Heavenly Valley ski areas, 40 min. to Northstar ski area which has horseback riding too.
Year-round activities and childcare plus a summer camp for kids at the deluxe Recreation Center and Gym are just blocks away. The center also has an indoor Olympic Pool with organized swim lessons and water activities plus tennis and a multitude of classes from Aerobics to Yoga and state of the art gym equipment.
