Imagine going to sleep and waking up listening to the sound of the surf caressing the shore, right outside your own spacious, private second floor balcony. Step outside and wet your toes along a magnificent white sand beach that extends for miles! Swim or snorkel in Cozumel's warm crystal-clear waters, brimming with sea life. Just off the beach you will find a variety of angelfish, colorful parrotfish, blue tangs, butterflyfish, sea stars and other marine life. Bring an underwater light for night snorkeling and you may meet other local inhabitants, even an occasional octopus. Stroll along the beach to beachfront restaurants, a perfect atmosphere for lunch or dinner.

Why the Owner Chose Cozumel Island
I decided to invest in Cozumel for several reasons: First, the residents are consistently friendly and welcoming. Second, the scuba diving and snorkeling in Cozumel are world-class. Finally, my dream was always to own a beachfront property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love early morning breakfast on my balcony, watching the dive boats pass by. Or saluting the sunset with a margarita in the evening. It is great to walk out of the condo carrying mask & fins and snorkeling right off the beach. Your choice of Beachy food places or fine dining are only a short walk along the beach. The town of San Miguel is easily accessable, only 8 miles or a 20 minute car ride away.

Paul J. Mila retired after a successful corporate career, and now devotes his time to writing, scuba diving around the world, underwater photography, and speaking to groups about ocean conservation. He has enjoyed the opportunity to photograph and dive with Caribbean reef sharks in the Bahamas, humpback whales in the Dominican Republic and the South Pacific Tonga Islands, diverse sea life in the Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Bonaire, Hawaii, Antigua, and in his home waters off Long Island, NY.
Paul's underwater pictures have been featured in magazines and on web sites related to scuba diving. Following the advice of writers who said to write about what you know and like, he has incorporated the ocean and diving as the core of his writing.

Wow; what a treat it was to exchange white snow for white sand! The place was "as advertised!" Clean, and modern, nice and private, not like a big hotel. The amenities are to die for: free TV & internet and all phone calls free, no matter where! The pool looked great but with the ocean only steps away from our viranda it was salt-water for us. Definitely coming back next year! What a great find!
