  We were we lucky enough to visit Phuket not once but twice this past year. We said if ever we were back we would stay at this beautiful villa! Thank goodness we got lucky and there was an opening during the time we required. First I have only written 2 reviews in my life and they both are for this villa. Mike, again thank you so much for your hospitality - Sol - thank you for taking such great care of us. We are going to really miss you all. I just really cannot say how perfect this villa is. It is one of the most peaceful, relaxing places we have ever stayed at, not to mention absolutely beautiful! Nothing has been missed to what vacationers need at this place. It is so convenient by car to what the area has to offer - beach, food, groceries, etc. We are now back in Canada and it is very cold! If only we lived closer! Toby, Laura, Oliver

  We just arrived back home after our first time travelling to Phuket. Our plan was to stay 4 nites at the Green View Villa. After arriving and seeing this amazing villa we were lucky enough to be able to stay for 10 days! There are no words to describe this place and the pictures do not do justice. It is breathtaking! We rented a car and toured around Phuket during the day and came back to peace and tranquility for our evenings. It is close enough to drive to the beach, restaurants and bars. Mike met us at the airport which helped tremendously. We will never forget him. He was extremely gracious during our entire stay! Nor will we forget Soi! She is such a kind-spirit and an amazing cook! The villa provided everything we needed. Waking up in the morning to that view we had and that swimming pool was exactly what we had been looking for. If ever we are able to return to Phuket we will be staying here. Toby, Laura, Oliver - Canada

  Having just returned back with my family from a week spent at Green View Villas, I would have no hesitation in recommending this venue. The villa is as appears in the photos (there is no embellishment); it was spotless and kept spotless throughout and Mike, Odd and Sol were fantastic in looking after our every need. It is an extremely relaxing venue and 5 minutes drive from either Nai Yang and Nai Thon beaches. Easy to arrange diving trips. I would recommend hiring the car as this gives you convenience and the freedom and independence to explore, which we did more of on this trip than our prior Phuket trips. We had a fantastic time and will be back again soon.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  The location is great, very close to nice beaches and excellent restaurants. The villa is very clean,well organised, very spacious, with a nice view. The owner is very nice, with good advices, very arranging. I will definetly recommand this villa to a family.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

  It was our first trip to Phuket for a holiday with our children. After considering a hotel at first, we found out about the villa and have never looked back since. It is an absolute dream. The location on the hillside in the little village “Ban Sakoo” is spectacular. There are no other tourists nearby and the setting in a National Park ensures total privacy and peace. The villa itself was great and left nothing to the imagination. Everything was new and clean, and even the smallest issues were promptly picked up by our maid, gardener or the administrator himself. The maid was very friendly (like all Thai People) and left us with nothing to do, but to lie in the pool or explore Phuket. She even cooked beautiful local dishes for us. We would definitely recommend the car option so you can travel around at your own convenience. We used it a lot to go to the local beaches, do shopping in Patong and Phuket town and even went on a two hour trip to the north to visit Khao Sok National Park. There are several great golf courses nearby, which we frequently visited. All up I can only say that this was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had so far and that we’ve already booked to come back next year.

  Hallo Mike und das Team der Villa Orchid! Gerne bedanken wir uns nocheinmal für den Rundumservice in der traumhaften Villa. Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage auf Phuket und haben vor allem den Aufenthalt im Haus, den service der maid, und die zur Verfügung gestellten Kontakte und Tipps genutzt und genossen. Der Nai Yang Beach ist nach einem 20 minutigen Fußmarsch gut zu erreichen und bietet abends eine gute Restauranauswahl. Nai Thon ist nur mit fahrbarem Untersatz zu erreichen, lohnt sich aber dafür mit einem herrlichen Badestrand und ebenfalls guten Restaurants. eine Inselrundfahrt und verschiedene andere Touren haben den Urlaub abgerundet, auf jeden Fall war viel Erholung, Ruhe und Entspannung dabei.   Hallo Mike, Odd ,Noi und Nam !!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!! Wir haben jede Minute bei euch genossen. Unser erster Urlaub in Thailand war Dank eurer super Betreuung mehr als gelungen. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Vom weißen Bademantel bis hin zur Espressomaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt ist selber schuld ! Man wohnt direkt im Dschungelparadies. Noi und Nam waren perfekte Hausfrauen und super Köchinen.Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort mit ihnen angefreundet. Der Angel-Schnorchel-Ausflug mit Mike war genial. Der von uns gefangene Thunfisch wurde gleich an Bord zubereitet und gegessen. Köstlich! Die Strände auf den kleinen Inseln sind wunderschön und zum baden genial. Am beeindruckendsten sind aber die Thailänder selbst, die mit ihrer freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und ruhigen Art uns sehr sehr gut gefallen haben.   Vom 1. bis 15 Februar 2012 wurden wir (2 Paare 50+) in der Villa von Mike, Laddi und Odd verwöhnt. Urlaub vom Feinsten, Service 24/7 , ein Hauch von Dekadenz, wenn ich an das leckere Essen von Laddi, unserer Haushälterin denke. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Einfach nur den Wunsch des Tages kommunizieren. Schon erledigt. Einkauf, Wäsche, Haushalt-man/frau wird dort wirklich zur Faulheit erzogen. Achtung: hoher Gewöhnungsfaktor. Die Parties mit unserer liebenswerten Nachbarschaft inkl. unserer eigenen BBQ Party mit örtlicher Tanztruppe bleiben uns unvergessen. Einzelheiten: - Hausmeisterservice 1A - dank an Mike und Odd - Versorgung 100 %ig - dank an Laddi - alle Zimmer großzügig dimensioniert - Airkondition sehr leise und super funktionell - Küchenausstattung inkl. eines Monstergasgrills perfekt - Pool groß, warm, tägliche Reinigung - Außendusche, Liegen, Schattenhäuschen etc. ein Genuß - Carport, Mietwagen, wie versprochen Also Gesamtbewertung 5 *+, geht nicht besser. Umgebung herrlich mit wenig berührten Stränden, zumindest im Februar, tolle Essenempfehlungen durch Mike, traumhafte Golfplätze in der Nähe, haben 5 x gespielt. Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage .....   Lieber Mike, 2 Wochen ist unsere Abreise her und trotz Kälte und nicht vorhandenem Sonnenschein wirkt unser Urlaub noch nach und wir 4 sind nach wie vor gut drauf und zehren von unserem Urlaub in der Villa Orchid. Das Rund-um-Sorglos-Paket war perfekt: - Eine großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa - Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool - Optimale Beleuchtung in Haus und Garten - Exzellente Köchin - Vorbereitetes Navigationssystem im Mietauto - Lokales Handy für ständige Erreichbarkeit - Idyllische Strände, ganz nah - Gute Tipps für Restaurants & Einkauf - Top organisierte Ausflüge Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!   Hallo zusammen, mit dieser Bewertung möchte ich nicht über die wunderschöne Villa oder deren traumhafte Umgebung berichten, da dies bereits Andere übernommen haben. Ich möchte lieber auf den Service eingehen. Das meiste was wir (4 Jungs, ca. 25 Jahre) zu schätzen wussten, war der Fakt, dass wir eine kompetente Person um uns hatten, die uns jeder Zeit beraten konnte. Egal was wir uns vorgestellt haben, Mike hat es uns mithilfe eines Anrufs innerhalb weniger Sekunden ermöglicht. Desweiteren möchte ich positiv beurteilen, dass es zu Mittag eine Menu-karte mit traditionellen thailändischen Essen gab und nach Auswahl des Gerichtes, die Köchin die Sachen frisch! vom Markt gekauft und daraufhin uns gekocht hat. Jeden Tag wurde unsere Wäsche gewaschen, die Wohnung aufgeräumt. Ich würde jederzeit noch einmal die Villa buchen, aber vielleicht nicht in der Monsunzeit ;-) Schönsten Grüße an Mike, So und Ot.
