There's no need to sleep on uncomfortable sofa beds, all three bedrooms have quality mattresses and the villa can accommodate a maximum of six guests.
ALL bedrooms have new LCD TV's and cable service. In the living room, we have a large high definition LCD Flat Screen TV, with HD Cable service and a BluRay. The HD cable service has hundreds of HD channels, plus there's an HD DVR for recording your favorite shows. The LIVING ROOM is a comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite shows on a large screen LCD flat screen TV in HD. We also have HD cable service with access to over 200 cable channels (including an HD DVR). Plus there’s a video/DVD library, with many children’s movies to choose from. The DINING ROOM has a Polynesian-style table that seats six and is ample enough for serving a formal dinner. We provide a fully-equipped KITCHEN that features full size, quality appliances and all the necessary small appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The refrigerator has a dispenser for filtered cold water and ice.
The spacious MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has an elegant tropical décor, a CAL KING-size bed (new high quality, ultra plush mattress), LCD 32” color television and DVD player. The en suite MASTER BATH features dual sinks and an extra large executive shower with built-in seat. The SECOND BEDROOM is also similarly well appointed with a`queen size bed and tropical style furniture, 32” LCD TV, VCR/DVD, mirrored closet and a smaller private lanai. The spacious SECOND BATHROOM has a tub with shower. A desk adjacent to the second bedroom provides work space for your laptop or for writing postcards. The THIRD BEDROOM has two twin size beds with high quality, quilt top mattresses (these are adult quality, not the flimsy bunk bed type).
The Coconut Plantation community features two large pristine pools with spas, plus the 'hidden spa', a Zen meditation garden, a hammock grove and walking paths that wind through tropical floral gardens punctuated with swaying palm trees. Coconut Plantation is located closest to lagoon 1--closer than many of the other communities in Ko 'Olina.

Our home is just a quick five minute walk to the manicured beaches with azure blue lagoons--the lagoons are very safe for kids and swimming. Our Coconut Plantation home is in a private, gated community that features plantation style architecture and uniquely blends modern day resort luxuries with the beauty of Hawaii's historic sugar plantation past.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our townhouse overlooks the 'hidden spa' where you can take a relaxing dip in a lushly, landscaped spa. Or you can take a stroll through Coconut Plantation's winding promenade paths lined with softly swaying coconut trees and punctuated with the scents of tropical plumeria blossoms wafting on island breezes. Quiet and serene surroundings provide you with many opportunities to find peace and relaxation, but if you prefer, there are also many other activities in the resort. To name a few, the Paradise Cove Luau is walking distance plus the Ko'Olina Resort hosts a championship Ted Robinson golf course, several five star restaurants, a world class health spa, wedding chapels and a 43 acre marina with access to many ocean activities including snorkling and wildlife viewing cruises.

Last March we stayed here for 5 weeks and loved every minute of it. Very close to the "Hidden Spa" and a short walk to the Main Pool. We found a 5th smaller lagoon on the property and swam several days with the Sea Turtles. A longer walk or a 1/4 mile drive and we watched the Dolphins and Whales. The Townhouse is just as described and when we had a leak at the kitchen faucet on our first day the maintenance guys fixed it the next morning. Only about 1.5 miles down the road is plenty of shopping and restraunts. During our stay the Disney property was under construction and of course my husband loved that being he's a carpenter, he checked the progress everyday. Within a short walking distance of the Townhouse they were finishing a small market, ice cream store, taco fast food and more. We would love to stay here again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We've always vacationed in Maui but decided to try Oahu again. We found this rental in Ko olina and it turned out to be a relaxing oasis away from the bustle of Waikiki but within a close drive when we needed some excitement--definitely will need a car if you plan to go there. Condo was exactly as described and everyone was pleasant and easy to deal with. Enjoyed our frequent dips in the spa, which was just a quick trip downstairs. Also some new places to eat had just opened when we stayed there and we went to Roy's which was a short walk and lot's of fun. We would definitely stay there again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
