A cosy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris' Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement, just next to Boulevard St. Germain. The apartment is approximately 30m² or 323 feet² with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This apartment sleeps up to 3 adults (the living room has a sofabed). WiFi internet access is provided free of charge.
The apartment is located in a 16th century listed building, on the 3rd floor (without elevator).
To support sustainable development, we use energy efficient light bulbs, recycled paper and environmentally friendly cleaning products.
The apartment is next to "Place Maubert," a quiet square situated between Notre Dame Cathedral and Boulevard Saint Germain, in the very centre of Paris. There is a Metro station (Maubert-Mutualité) on the square - or a two minute walk from the apartment. Nearby you can find plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants. There is also a 3x weekly market selling a wide variety of fresh produce. A well equipped gym is just 5 minutes' walk away where they offer daily / weekly membership.
Notre Dame Cathedral is a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
