This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium has recently been renovated and is located ON THE OCEAN SIDE OF ROUTE 1 within walking distance to downtown Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk and the beach. The community is quiet and beautifully landscaped.
Families, couples, or single adults will enjoy the ground floor apartment with a deck that overlooks park like common area. Additionally, the swimming pool is located on the community grounds and includes a BBQ grill, gazebo with picnic tables, poolside lounge chairs and tables. Exercise at the YMCA located just a block away! In addition, there is a fabulous Nature Preserve behind the condo community with an approximate 6 mile hiking/biking trail to Lewes, Delaware. Enjoy shopping at the tax free outlets. Bring your bicycle or rent as Rehoboth Beach offers wonderful scenic biking and hiking trails. Storage for your bikes is available on the premises. Pros Pool area had a bathroom, was clean and not crowded. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Wagon was available to tow gear to beach which was very convenient Price was reasonable Cons The walk is longer than expected (30 - 40 minutes) especially when you have young children and all of your beach gear to bring along. OK for adults not very easy with children. The cleaning crew was there a 1/2 hour tops which is not enough time to do a thorough job. The lighting was poor The bed in the second bedroom was a full size which is not big enough for 2 kids. You really need a queen at a minimum or 2 twin beds. There were no TV stations for the kids and although there is a DVD player we had to figure out how the whole thing worked with what remotes. Kid's bathtub did not hold water. Young children take baths moreso than showers No view from deck. Decor is outdated. Overall it was just OK.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

We had a girl's weekend (there were 3 of us) down at Rehoboth Beach and this condo was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and very close to all of the attractions. We could walk to resturants or drive a very short distance to the beach. We shopped at the Tanger Outlets, ate at the buffet at Rusty Rudder, and visited Funland. The beach and boardwalk were beautiful. Geni was wonderful to rent from and we hope to return in the future!! Thanks:)!!

Nice little condo. Very clean and very quiet comminity. Not close enough to walk to the beach with two kids in tow, but still a quick and easy drive. All in all a very good location and a pleasant experience.
Owner response:Very pleased that we've had such wonderful responses. While it is an approximate eight block walk to the beach, my boys (11 and 13) have no problem walking to the beach and rather enjoy the journey. The other option is the beach bus (DART) of which stops in front of the neighborhood approximately every 15 min. for a $1 ride to the beach. The neighborhood is also is in excellent proximity to city playground park, and the bike paths and trails through the nature preserve to Lewes.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
