This two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is a recently renovated rental which ON THE OCEAN SIDE OF ROUTE 1, and is within walking distance to downtown Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk and the beach. The community is quiet and beautifully landscaped.
Families, couples, or single adults will enjoy the ground floor apartment with a deck that overlooks park like common area. Additionally, the swimming pool is located on the community grounds and include a BBQ grill, gazebo with picnic table, poolside lounge chairs and tables. Exercise at the YMCA located just a block away! Enjoy shopping at the tax free outlets. Bring your bicycle or rent as Rehoboth Beach offers wonderful scenic biking and hiking trails.
