Our current rate is $165/night, plus Hawaii tax - will discount for VRBO clients.
The published rate (RACK) for 2009 is $320.00 per night.
Hawaii tax is 12.416% (General Excise & Transient Accomodations).
There is a $55.00 clean out fee charged at check out.
Deposit of two nights rental to confirm, balance due 30 days before arrival.
If our condo is not available we will refer you to a comparable unit.
