  The 4 of us very much enjoyed our stay in Sanibel and at this lovely condo. Originally we had stayed at another condo and needed a place for 2 additional nights. I felt very lucky to find this condo by the ocean and available at a very reasonable rate for a shorter stay. The property was sparkling clean and so well maintained with plenty of towels for bath, pool and beach. The owners were so friendly, answered any and all questions by email previous to arrival and upon arrival. In those 2 days we visited the pool twice, walked and splashed on the beach with the child sand toys, found some great shells and ate good food at the Sundial condo restaurant. We especially enjoyed Mucky Duck on Captiva for their sunset pictures and yummy oysters and the Bubble Room for the kids. At the Sanibel Marina we loved eating the coconut shrimp outside at Grandma Dot's and getting icecream at Pinnochio's. We would definitely would recommend this property to friends and family anytime. The view alone is priceless!

  This was our 3rd stay at Zdenek and Zdenka's condo. The reasons we keep coming back - in no particular order - are Sanibel, the outstanding condo, and the hospitality of the owners. The weather the week we were there was near-perfect. This time around we enjoyed a sunset cruise from Captiva, a canoe trip at Tarpon Bay, two trips to Pinocchio's and a drive to Everglades City as well as many walks on the beach and shell collecting. We can only hope we will be fortunate enough to be able to visit again next year. Thank you both for your hospitality and for sharing your wonderful condo. Julie & Mike, E. Windsor, NJ

  Condo location is perfect - beautiful balcony view with only a few steps to the warm gulf ocean and sandy beach. Pool is heated and also only a few steps away! Perfect vacation to just relax or have fun with ocean activities, shopping, dining, biking and tennis. The condo is very big, spacious, well equipped and clean. The owners take much pride on distinquishing themselves on providing pretty much everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. I have rented plenty of beach condos and houses and have to say that their place was by far the cleanest and well-stocked. They take extra care and thought to provide what you need, even down to umbrellas, beach chair and towels! Plenty of suggestions for activities on Sanibel/Captiva and the local surrounding area is a big help to have handy when planning your days. For sure we will be back to Zdenek and Zdenka's condo and will recommend to our friends. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

  This condo was immaculately clean and perfect for our family stay. With 2 queen beds and an open out sofa we were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. I highly recommend this condo for vacations and I look forward to returning.

  We just returned from a superb week long vacation on Sanibel. My wife and I stayed in a condo leased from Zdenek and Zdenka. The condo is fully equipped and it was spotless. The location on Middle Gulf Drive is perfect for accessing activities on both Sanibel and Captiva. (If you are new to the Sanibel area, avoid Periwinkle Drive due to high traffic congestion.) Another major plus: the condo is only yards away from the Gulf of Mexico and a swimming pool. A beautiful beach and lots of "shelling" opportunities within easy walking distance. Zdenek and Zdenka were excellent hosts, providing a beautiful place to stay on Sanibel Island. They also provided excellent information on restaurants and tourist sites in the area. I would highly recommend this property for your visit to Sanibel/Captiva. Zdenek and Zdenka made our vacation a very memorable and enjoyable one. We hope to visit again in the future.

  Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed Zdenek and Zdenka's hospitality and wonderful Sundial condo. We highly recommend renting this condo and enjoying the unlimited amenities of the island. The condo is nicely situated, very close to the beach, quiet when you want to rest, and also close to the pool for a late day swim. The condo is nicely equipped with everything you might need. The owners go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. They also helped us locate inexpensive bike rentals and made recommendations for entertainment that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our only regret was having to leave this lovely condo and island. We look forward to returning very soon. Donna & Rick

  I'll bet there are operating rooms that aren't as clean as this condo. Everything was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed items. Plenty of towels provided and so nice to have umbrellas as well as lounges provided for the beach. Great proximity to the beach. The owners could not have been more helpful. Lovely people, a delight to deal with them.

  We booked Zdenek and Zdeneka's condo at the last moment and we were incredibly pleased with the cleanliness, perfect amenities and the location. Can't beat walking just a few hundred feet to the beach and pool. The condo was just the perfect size for my husband and I and our two kids. Our kids said this was the best vacation ever (ages 9 & 7) as we could play at the beach all day and just hang out. It was also a pleasure being welcomed by the owners personally as they are very nice people to chat with and made sure we had what needed for our stay. Thank you again for everything.   First my wife and I would like to Thank You for making your beautiful condo available for us to vacation in! It is a truely amazing place and we felt very welcomed on our arrival. Your island is beautiful and your beaches are amazing! The view from your patio was so awesome, to wake in the mornings and walk out there and see the beauty....it is undescribable!
