You don't have to stay in some 30 year old complex to get a affordable place to stay on south padre, and you don't have to sleep in some bed that hundreds of people have slept in, eat off plates that hundreds of people have eaten off of, walk on 20 year old carpet with mildew, sand, and who knows what else, use a bathroom that hundreds of people have (well you get the picture)!!!

You will enjoy laying out by the private pool, watching your favorite movie on the big screen while your kids enjoy playstation 2 in the other bedroom.

We found South Padre through a friend in St.Louis. He told us we just had to get down here and check it out.

Why the Owner Chose Other South Padre Island Properties

This is unlike any place I have been unless you plan to go deep south to more remote islands. You have everything you need within reach but you still have that feeling of the lazy days of summer.It is a great place to vacation. If you have ever been to Dustin or Gulf shores. You still get the family feel but everything is a 1/3 of the cost. Enjoy you stay.

    • We had a great stay at the condo. Everything that you need for a great stay is included on site ... even coffee filters. The beach is close and the back yard pool is very convenient. Brian and Holly were quick to follow up and very polite. Arnie the property manager also treated us with courtesy and was very professional. I would stay at the condo again.

    • We have stayed on SPI several times and this condo was our favorite! Beautifully decorated, brand new and very close to a lovely section of the beach. The Dillons are very easy to work with via email and cell phone. Very reasonably priced during our "high season" stay.

    • MY HUSBAND AND I HAD THE CHANCE TO STAY AT THIS CONDO. IT WAS A GREAT TIME, WE WALKED ON THE BEACH,WENT DEEP SEA FISHING,THE FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. AND ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD THERE WAS A CONTACT ON THE ISLAND TO TAKE CARE OF OUR EVERY NEED. THE BEST PART IS THE ISLAND ATTITUDE IS VERY LAID BACK. THANKS TO THE DILLONS FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO.     • The condo is beautiful. it includes all the amenities you need for your stay, all you need to bring is something to cook & drink. we really enjoy the private pool along with a few of the neighbors. The only thing we were unable to use was the Dish network; there was no card on the device. Other than that, we loved it.

    • The condo was a great place to stay on the island and had all the amenities that were needed for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. The beach was close and the pool was relaxing. This was much better than staying in a crowded hotel room. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone thinking about a vacation on South Padre.

    • Our family had a great time at the condo. It's just minutes from the beach. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room and the kids loved swimming in the private pool. Brian was very patient dealing with 1st time renters. I would recommend renting this condo to any one who wants a good family vacation.

    • This is an exceptional condo with all the comforts of home and more. It's only minutes from the beach, popular restaurants and shops.We enjoyed the option to simply relax in this comfortably furnished condo after long days on the beach. The extra conveniences like the playstation for the kids, the stereo,the satellite tv and the washer and dryer scored big with our family.

    • I recently inaugurated this condominium, and it was fantastic. The furniture and decor are quite comfortable and appropriate. The kitchen was great for cooking quick meals, all the appliances needed are already there for you to use. But the best feature of the condo is the proximity to the beach; it’s only a half a block walk to the first access point. Overall we had a blast and enjoyed the apartment a lot.
