This unique, oceanfront home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with an open living room with dining room that looks out on the ocean. It is a terrific location, at 74 South Atlantic Avenue, just seven houses north of the Sea Colony High-rises and a short walk to downtown Bethany. The house was recently updated with new hardwood floors, renovated bathrooms, custom decorated window trimming and new coverings, and more for a fresh update.
Sea Colony recreation privileges can be enjoyed with the purchase of weekly activity passes during your stay (including indoor and outdoor pools, two fitness centers, indoor and outdoor tennis, two Jacuzzi s, and a full gym).
The house has a beachfront deck and screen porch, plenty of parking, and Wi-Fi, a perfect place to enjoy Bethany at its best.

This is a wonderful beachfront home located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. With a large open living room/dining room, it is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I have vacationed here with my family, making special memories with 4 generations, every year since 2004. I also spend a long weekend with my girlfriends here each year. It is a great house, open and airy located right on the beach. The large deck is great for enjoying oceanfront sunrises, sunny days, starlit nights or all of the above! The house is well equipped with even beach chairs and a beach umbrella! For a reasonable fee you can enjoy the amenities at Sea Colony which includes indoor and outdoor pools, activities, tennis courts, and exercise facilities. The town of Bethany is just a short walk away where you will find shops, restaurants, and a mini golf course. The owners of this house are very accommodating and easily accessible should you have any problems during your stay. This is a great house with a great location, both for beach lovers and "city lovers". Highly recommend this house!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house provides an strong feeling of hominess for a rental property. It's location is unbeatable (directly on the dune), as well as being an easy walk to town. The house is immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. Being a repeat guest, I look forward to next summer and another stay at this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I have spent a week during the last four summers at this beautiful beach house, and look forward to returning in the future. This house is perfectly located right on the beach and 5 minutes from town, which makes it perfect for any type of vacationer. I personally like to wake up, walk to town for a latte, go to the beach for the morning, relax in the shaded porch for lunch and bike around the cute town in the afternoon. The owners have updated key elements of the house throughout the year, most recently renovating the bathrooms and adding new twin beds. They are also very responsive and helpful if you have any issues. You couldn't ask for a better summer vacation spot!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed at this beach house in Bethany Beach every summer for many years. The ocean front property is lovely....very warm and comfortable. The owners have updated the kitchen and bathrooms as well as added hardwood floors on the first level. The new sofa is a great addition to the living area. The screened-in porch is ideal for any meal, especially dinner and the deck is equipped with a barbeque and lounge chairs. It is so nice to have the convenience to just grab your chair and relax on the beach in just seconds! The parking can accommodate at least 5-6 vehicles. We are looking forward to returning next summer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is truly having the best of both worlds staying in this house, whether in midsummer or in spring or fall. You can access Sea Colony's pools, indoor and outdoor tennis, fitness centers and family social events but you also have the privacy of your own single home, screen porch, oceanfront deck and walkway to the beach. And you can stroll down to the center of Bethany in about 8 minutes, missing out on the need to find a meter and park the car. There are very few homes that offer the option to have it all in Bethany.
