Imagine - a morning in mid July. A warm breeze flows off the ocean. You sit on your private deck sipping a cup of hot coffee watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. In the distance you can hear the waves rhythmically lapping at the shoreline.
Later in the morning you and the kids take a leisurely 2 1/2 block walk to the most beautiful and pristine beach in New Jersey. They are carrying buckets for seashell collecting. Your husband is already on his bike touring the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk. Yes, life is good.
Located in a quiet and relaxing section of Wildwood, just south of Rio Grande Avenue, this large, new condominium with new furniture is waiting for you. Our top floor, non-smoking condominium located at East Hand Avenue, offers sleeping for ten, an ultra modern kitchen, a huge great room with vaulted ceiling, three bedrooms, two full baths, a dining area, a laundry room with washer and dryer, private underground parking for two cars, and an outdoor shower. There is a front deck off the family room, and a rear deck accessible from the two rear bedrooms.
Amenities include a large television in the family room and televisions in all the bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full bath, the second and third bedroom each has two twin beds, a full bath in the hall, and two queen-size sleeper sofas in the family room. The kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, flatware, and dishes.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer. A private, locked storage shed has beach chairs and a cooler for your use. Every Friday night during the summer enjoy live fireworks.
Why Wildwood? Wildwood has the most beautiful beach in New Jersey with plenty of lifeguards. There is a boardwalk (just two blocks from the condominium!) with fun, games, shops, amusement rides, and a water park. Wildwood is known for restaurants - from family eateries to romantic hideaways, from boardwalk fries to fine bayside dining.
Historic Cape May is a quick, 10-minute drive. In Cape May is the Cape May Zoo, Cape May Bird Sanctuary, Cape May-Lewes Ferry, Wetlands Institute, and wonderful Victorian cuisine and architecture. And do not forget - Atlantic City is only a short, 35-minute drive away.

we stayed in tis rental the first week of august 2010 , this place is beautiful, the pics are not that great, this place rocks, The kids loved it , my wife and i loved it , everything was great, everything is within walking distance, I would highly highly recommend this place.

very nice place with plenty of room well worth the money close to beach stores are close and suprisingly quite for wildwood great location only problem was parking if you plan on going on busy week 4th july ect. take smaller cars if possible under house parking is tight and spots in front are a tough find

I agree, Pictures absolutely do not do it justice. The condo was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious. Even with 10 in our party, no one felt crowded. Two and a half blocks to the boardwalk. But it was two and a half blocks in the other direction to a Walgreen's and a CVS and an Acme. Go another block to MacDonalds and TD Bank and Wawa. Perfect location to get anything you need. I, and everyone in my group would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean. Well maintained. Comfortable and very roomy. Off street parking (garage) was nice. Would recommend staying here.
