The Villas and Suites of Casa Colorida.....a private Beachfront Compound consisting of Three Beachfront Villas amd Two King Size Palapa Suites. We are located on three acres of sandy Pacific Beachfront. The grounds are enclosed with gated privacy walls. Hand tiled sidewalks, Mexican colonial fountains, sculpture, garden trellises, foot baths, palms, banana trees, flowering trees and plants enhance the garden area.

Villa Casa Colorida contains two separate wings for rent, Villa Casa Colorida North Wing and Villa Casa Colorida South Wing. Villa Casa Colorida was built with thick rock and adobe walls, hand hewn structural posts (the size of trees), rock arches, black rock walls, and heavy wooden Mexican doors.

***Villa Casa Colorida North Wing - Beachfront - Luxury 2700 square foot home, with two fireplaces. One fireplace is located in the Bedroom Suite, and one fireplace in the living room. The Oceanfront Master Bedroom Suite opens to an ocean front terrace. The Villa has 20 foot ceilings black rock walls, a huge Mexican gourmet kitchen with beachfront bar, massive oceanfront verandahs, and gorgeous mesquite and handpainted furnishings. The mesquite dining table seats ten, and is located on the beachfront verandah. Sleeps two adults.

***Villa Casa Colorida South Wing - Beachfront - 2000 square foot luxury beachfront villa with two King Bedrooms,(one bedroom is convertible to twin beds, if requested), each with private bath. The South Wing features 20 ceilings with ceiling fans, a full kitchen, an oceanfront terrace on three sides of the villa, and dramatic living areas. The dining table seats 10...located on the huge oceanfront verandah. Sleeps four.

We also have the Villa Casa Palapa and the Air Conditioned Palapa Suites.........

**Villa Casa Palapa - 2000 square foot, Two King Bedrooms, each with private bath. The upper bedroom has a canopy king bed and two canopy twin beds. The lower bedroom has a canopy king bed. The palm-leaf thatch roof reaches two and one half stories high. A dramatic winding staircase leads to the upper bedroom. Integrated with the bedrooms is the full kitchen, under it's own palapa roof, and the covered verandah and living area. The dining table seats eight, all under thatched palapa. Archways, covered with bouganvilla, palms and flora line the walkways and create a privacy barrier between the Casa Palapa and the neighboring units. The villa is a unique Mexican experience...fun and exotic. Casa Palapa has gorgeous hand carved furnishings. Sleeps four to six. Garden View - 20 steps to ocean and pool.

**Palapa Suite Marcos is a King Suite. The Suite has a king canopy bed, kitchenette (with full size refrigerator), hand painted furnishings, Air Conditioning, big private patio with sectional sofa and dining area. Sleeps two. Garden View - 20 steps to ocean and pool.

**Palapa Suite Teresa is a King Suite. The newly Air Conditioned Suite has a king canopy bed, kitchenette (with full size refrigerator), hand painted furnishings, and gorgeous thatched Palapa roof, The private balcony has bar seating. Sleeps two. Garden View - 20 steps to ocean and pool.

The Casa Colorida Infinity oceanfront swimming pool was chosen as a photoshoot site for the 2000 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. The pool, which overlooks the ocean, contains a bar, partial palapa shade, and water cascading over large boulders. The Colorida pool has a shaded palapa entertainment area, grill and a massive black stone and pebble sunbathing terrace.

Adjoining the pool area is the seperate, round, beachfront Palapa Patio Nicole...with circular sofas, palapa roof, and yet another entertainment area with grill. The Nicole patio is the perfect, romantic, and private, sunset watching experience.........

Also, the Villas and Suites of Casa Colorida have the Terraza Mariana....a third, huge oceanfront patio, on the southwest corner of the Casa Colorida Compound. The 10 meter by 8 meter waterfront patio has huge curved sectional sofas and a Palapa dining area.

Our gardens have four fabulous Mexican fountains, with seating, throughout the three acre gardens. Sculpture and art are placed within the gardens.....Casa Colorida is exquisite.

Casa Colorida has the LONGEST STRETCH OF BEACHFRONT in Troncones.
The COLORIDA property is DIFFERENT from other beachfront properties because we have the LUXURY OF SPACE. We have FULL SIZE VILLAS and SUITES with KITCHENS. ****Please know that you may rent the entire Casa Colorida property, or, the individual parts of Casa Colorida, that will fit your family and your vacation needs.

The Casa Colorida beachfront property is a three minute walk to the nearest waterfront restaurant. Troncones has about 25 restaurants, little tienda stores, shops, and fabulous food...the temperature is 80-90 degrees, & sunny, all year long. Our staff provides maid service.

Troncones is known for it's crowd-free perfect beaches...for great waves and excellent cuisine. Our seafood is caught fresh from the shores in front of our homes...tuna, snapper, and lobster.
