IMPORTANT FEATURE: We've hired a managment company to make sure that the house is cleaned and that you have fresh towels and linens prior to your arrival. They also take care of the pool and the surrounding grounds around the house. If you need any asssistance while you are staying in our home, they are there to help. We have covered the expense of this benefit; thus, no cost to our renters.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Our home is six-bedroom, four-bath, Charlestonian-style home, with a private, *heated pool and is a one-minute walk to the beach. Decorated light with a touch of the island, the atmosphere is warm and uplifting. The large great room features a whitewashed stone fireplace and beams, with a large dining table that seats 12. This opens to a gourmet island kitchen, fully equipped with many accessories. The great room and the downstairs master bedroom open to a large veranda with built-in, heated pool.
The first floor master bedroom suite has a king-sized designer bed and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you will find a second designer decorated master bedroom with private bath and a king-size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and all three bedrooms open onto a second-floor veranda overlooking the pool. The fifth and sixth bedrooms feature two twins each. The upstairs also features two full hall baths that have been redesigned and decorated.
Our home also offers multiple TVs and DVD players, a gas grill, and a full-sized washer/dryer. *Heated pool upon request at an additional charge.
ELECTRONIC LOCKS: No need for keys! We will provide you with a code that will allow each of your guests access to the house.
