Come and relax in comfort and luxury at our three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront condominium in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach.

Our condominium is a direct oceanfront unit on the fourth floor of a six-story building serviced by two elevators. All concrete and steel construction means no noise from units above, below, or on either side. Our unit, which has been recently updated, offers a fully-equipped kitchen with newer cabinets, countertops, ceramic tile floor, and stainless steel appliances.
There is a separate dining area with a new dining set with seating for six people and a built-in wine (or beer) chiller. The living room has plenty of furniture including a leather sleep sofa and matching chair, and a swivel chair, TV with CD/DVD player, and home theater surround sound system. Free high speed wireless internet service. We have stocked the condominium with plenty of books, games, and CD’s for your entertainment and enjoyment.
There are two sets of sliding glass doors from the Living Room to one of the most spacious oceanfront balconies found on the Grand Strand where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean. There are comfy Adirondack chairs and dining table and chairs on the balcony for oceanfront relaxation anytime day or night.
The master bedroom furniture is all new with a queen size bed with a new mattress and box spring, walk in closet, private bath, TV and DVD player. There are also sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony where you can take in the spectacular sunrises while enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and full bathroom. This is a perfect setup for a family or for three couples. All the bathrooms and foyer have new ceramic tile. We also have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
There is an oceanfront pool with multiple oceanfront sundecks and lounge chairs, 2 grilling areas with picnic tables and landscaped grounds. The covered parking lot is directly under the secured building where there are bathrooms available to guests when at the pool or beach. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's and Boats are Not Allowed. Pets Are Not Allowed. No Smoking.
We are just minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Golf Courses, and many other Myrtle Beach attractions.
Our condominium is bright, clean, and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen offering all of the comforts and amenities of home. Check out the guestbook comments from our previous guests. From Memorial Day to Labor Day rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Daily and Monthly rentals are available from October to March.
Our weekly rate includes departure cleaning. Linens are not included, however, we can provide information on a linen rental service in the area. We only rent to adults over 25 and families.

This is one of the best places we have stayed at in North Myrtle Beach. Everything was just as described...very clean and well maintained. This condo has all of the comforts of home with an updated kitchen and comfortable furnishings. In addition, the location of this condo is ideal with easy access and very little traffic. It is only minutes from Barefoot Landing as well as many resturants and shopping. The owners are very helpful and easy to work with during the reservation and rental process. The common areas of the condo complex are also very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. The boys absolutely loved playing in the ocean. You really have a nice place here. It’s convenient to so many places. We enjoyed watching the dolphins early in the morning while drinking our coffee. Thanks for everything.
