We are on the top floor of a small 3 story building. Our property provides you with a view of the Atlantic completely unobstructed by the sand dune, great breezes, and peace and quiet.
Beautiful Condo located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Both full bathrooms completely renovated! Master bathroom with Travertine tiles and river rock floor. Second bathroom features tile floors and walls.

Huge family room with overstuffed couch, chair, and wicker furniture. Entertainment center with 32" LCD HDTV, Bluray dvd player with Netflix streaming, cable tv, AM/FM stereo with CD player player and MP3/Ipod dock. Private 12 by 15 covered, tiled deck. Small private beach. Deck features table and chairs for eight.
Deck has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool while you relax and listen to the waves. Large table with chairs and adirondak chairs for relaxing and reading your favorite book while listening to the ocean.
Master bedroom features queen bed, berber carpet. 19 inch lcd HDTV with cable and dvd player. 42 inch ceiling fan with remote control. Master bath completely remodeled for 2010, featuring Travertine tile flooring and full walk in shower with river rock floor.
Second bedroom features full bed, 42 inch ceiling fan with remote, 19 inch lcd HDTV with dvd player. Berber carpet. Views of the bay in the distance.
Third bedroom features 2 full beds, 42 inch ceiling fan with remote. 32 inch lcd HDTV. Berber carpet. Views of the bay in the distance.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second full bathroom, completely remodeled for 2010. Tile floors, tile walls, bathtub/shower with Kohler glass doors.
Reserved parking for 1 car. Full-sized washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with ice maker, blender, coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc. Entire unit features Italian tile except bedrooms are carpeted.

The beach in front of my home is well known as the best in Ocean City. A beach jetty located a few block north of us creates a gentle sand bar on our beach. This creates the best swimming and surfing beach in OC- just ask any local surfer. In fact, in the mornings and evenings you will be able to sit on the balcony and watch the surfers ride the waves.
The sand bar allows waves to gently roll and break, instead of a "shore break", where the wave builds and crashes violently onto the beach. Many times at low tide, you can walk out 100 yards into the ocean, only to be knee deep!
We are located on 43rd St, which is known as "mid town". This area of OC is known for its low rise properties and low development density. No buildings are over 4 stories, and there is little to none bayside residential development. This means the beaches are not crowded with people from many high rises and bayside developments.
Within a few blocks walk, you can find everything you need. Grocery store directly across Coastal Highway. Belly Busters on 45th St for subs, sandwiches, beer, and all you can eat crabs- eat in or delivery. On The Bay on 42nd for fresh seafood dining outdoors including all you can eat crabs.
The condo is stocked with games like Sorry, Uno, Parchisi, etc.. Pack and play crib in back bedroom. Finally, we have provided about 50 DVD's for children and adults, including classic surf dvd's.

My family of four stayed here last August and were very happy with our stay. The location is fabulous, right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Hope to come back this year!

We feel the description was very accurate! The view from the balcony was amazing! I personally am a dolphin lover, and we saw them every day! The house was extremely comfortable, even with 10 people. The decor is bright and cheerful, and the home is very well maintained. The owner was available not only if a problem arose ( which we had none), but also as a guide to help find things to do or great places to dine! We will definitely be returning next year! Location is great! Close to supermarket and shops! I would recommend this property to anyone! Especially families with children! Even though the boardwalk was driving distance, my children loved this house! They said they will not go back unless it is here! ( And believe me, my children are very picky! ) Renting this will not be a disappointment!

This is a way-delayed comment but I just signed up for a week in October, 2008 and realised I never commented on my stay in January! The weather was perfect and watching the sunrise fill the living room every morning was truly a beautiful time of day :) I look forward to returing this October- it's an entirely peaceful retreat for anyone searching for a little solitude and reflection-time. Dear Brian, We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation - the property was all you said it would be and more - we saw dolphins everyday - the view was fantastic - we will definitely visit again in the future. There was something to do for all of us from the youngest to oldest.

Perfect location for whatever you want to do in O.C. "Deck" is unreal - you may as well be on the beach you're that close. We will stay again and again. Communication with owner was superior - thanks Brian!!!!

This was the best placed i have every stayed. It was super clean, big, and abs beautiful! The deck view is amazing and you could hear the waves coming in when inside the house. Very helpful and super nice person to deal with. Everything provided and nothing short of an amazing stay at and amazing condo. Will deff come back again!!!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed while in OCMD. The condo was very clean and well kept. The balcony was great! Brian was very accommodating with any questions we had and very responsive. I would recommend this condo to any group or family looking to ensure that they will have a great stay. Working in MD on a Coop, alternating school and work semesters. Some other Coops and I from all over the US (myself from MS) wanted a weekend away before some of us go separate ways, and could not have picked a better place! Plenty of room for 6 of us. The grill and internet were fairly new additions, but even without would have been fantastic. It was fun to watch the surfers and beach wasn't crowded at all. Balcony and view are amazing, and the steps to the beach make it super easy to enjoy a day in the sun! Also, Brian is great! Responded quickly to my inquiry and any questions I had. Also took some time to recommend things to do while we were there. Highly recommend this condo and owner!!

As much as I would like to keep this place a secret, since Brian asked, I am leaving my feedback; Excellent location, just feet from the beach. For someone that is a beach bum like me this is perfect; Close to local clubs, stores and restaurants all within walking distance; Nice place all around!

Thank you for letting us use your condo. Great location... right on the beach, not too crowded, walking distance to bus stop! We loved the LARGE balcony overlooking the ocean. Great for kicking back and relaxing while watching the waves roll in. The condo was very spacious, with lots of great amenities! We will definitely keep you in mind for future visits.
