Enjoy a relaxing vacation aboard a rare, charming three bedroom boathouse on pristine Lake Sunapee. Expansive permanent docks allow you to take only one step out your door to be relaxing waterfront or enjoying a leisurely boat ride. We have also recently installed wireless internet so you can work on your computer right on your private waterfront deck. Home includes master bedroom with a queen bed on main floor where the lake waves below will lull you to sleep. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds.
Nice level lot behind with campfire, lots of room for kids to play. Possibility of renting additional space in newly completed apartment over garage which also houses an awesome gameroom.
Walk to stores, restaurants, hiking trails, ice cream stand and band concerts in Newbury Harbor. Lots of room for extra cars, boats and boat trailer on property. Great setups for mooring or docking your boat(s) alongside your large private waterside deck.
As our family vacations in another boathouse on the property, we spend alot of our summer relaxing and boating on Lake Sunapee. We have two sons, and they welcome your family and friends to join them and their friends in their summer lake activities.

Off Season .. $ 800-$1200/week.
$200 security deposit, $100 cleaning fee to be deducted from deposit
