Enjoy a relaxing vacation aboard a rare, charming three bedroom boathouse on pristine Lake Sunapee. You are actually in a house that sits on piers in Lake Sunapee. There's only a few steps down to the house and deck from where you park so it's easily accessible for all. Expansive permanent docks allow you to take only two steps out your door to be relaxing waterfront or enjoying a leisurely boat ride. We have installed wireless internet so you can work on your computer right on your private waterfront deck. Home includes master bedroom with a queen bed and bath on main floor where the lake waves below will lull you to sleep. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds.200
Nice level lot behind boathouse with fire pit and lots of room for kids to play. Kayaks and paddle boat available for guests to explore Lake Sunapee free of charge. Awesome gameroom over garage for all to enjoy. Additional newly completed apartment over garage may be rented for additional guests.
Walk to stores, restaurants, hiking trails, ice cream stand and band concerts in Newbury Harbor. Lots of room for extra cars, boats and boat trailer on property. Great setups for mooring or docking your boat(s) alongside your large private waterside deck.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this boathouse in August 07. The lake is right there, which is what we loved. If you enjoy being ON the water, you will enjoy this spot. We put our boat in at the beginning of the week and didn't worry about taking it out until the end of our stay. Tied right up next to the boathouse. Kitchen was well equipped for our teenagers and their appetites and everyting worked and was clean! The owners could not have been more accomodating, helpful, and friendly. It was a perfect week and we can not wait to go back!
