Within a 25 minute drive of Orlando International Airport and the main Interstate 4 Highway, it is the ideal place to access all the other numerous attractions this part of Florida has to offer, including PGA championship golf courses.

Nearest-Disney is a spectacular five bedroomed home, and features a Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, incorporating a garden tub, very large walk-in shower unit, twin sinks, and seperate toilet room. French doors lead from the bedroom out onto the deck area, and is perfect for those late night pool dips.
Two further Queen Bedrooms, and two Twin Bedded bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, with one being accessed directly from the pool deck, and so ideal for our younger guests.
Sit back and relax with a drink, and have a private viewing of the Disney laser show at night, from your own pool!!
ALL EXITS ONTO THE POOL AREA, ARE CHILD ALARMED
The home is spaciously laid out on one level, making it ideal for the disabled vacator. You will enjoy every part of Nearest-Disney, including a large South facing screened pool with oversized deck and lanai, fully equipped Kitchen, Family room with a 55" Flatscreen Sony HDTV with a library of DVD's, a Great Room ideal to relax to soothing music (a selection CD's are supplied for your enjoyment) or just a quiet read, and a Dining Room for those romantic dinners, when the kids are fast asleep after a hard day at the Parks. NEW ADDITION, 2 IPOD DOCKING STATIONS. LISTEN TO ALL YOUR OWN FAVOURITE MUSIC!!
A crib, lightweight stroller with canopy, cordless baby monitor, high chair and play-pen and baby bath, are provided at no extra cost. There is also a rigid plastic play-pool for small babies, which can be used on the lanai/deck area.
The home is fully alarmed with smoke detectors, and 24 hour monitoring service, and is also fully air-conditioned.
There is also an Outside Entry Keypad to the garage.
All TV's have Cable, DVD players or CD players (Tv only in the small children's room).
There is also top of the range pool furniture, pool basketball and an abundance of pool toys. An air-hockey table is located in the garage.

Why the Owner Chose Formosa Gardens Estate
The biggest bonus for us was the close proximity to Walt Disney World, and that every amenity needed for a vacation was within walking distance of the estate.

After vacating in Florida and staying in rental homes for many many years, we rented a home on Formosa Gardens in 2002. All homes are built on very large lots, so privacy between neighbours is a big plus. The local area has fantastic wildlife, with great walks, and is very very peaceful. Although we rent our home to guests, we think of it as our second home, and as such, have decorated and furnished it to a high standard (no package furniture in our home!!), and provided many 'extras' to aid our guests vacation.
We feel blessed and privilaged to have our home, and are confident that guests whom stay at Nearest-Disney, will take away wonderful memories of their vacation to Florida.

Great place to stay. Close to everthing everybody enjoys. Parks and shopping! It was very nice to have the pool at our disposal any time of the day or night. Made the heat of the parks bearable knowing we could get in the pool once we got "home". Room enough for everyone to have their own space when needed. We will definetley return!

Hi Katrina, we had a WONDERFUL! The villa was wonderful, and had absolutely everything that we could have wanted. You may wish to compliment your cleaners on the wonderful job they are doing to. THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESS! We have stayed in Formosa Gardens several times before as we love the location, and have on occasions been left dissappointed (there is nothing worse than arriving tired and seeing the villa tidy but dusty shelves and lampshades). There was none of this at Nearest Disney!! We thought that the villa was even better than you portrayed in your website, but of course it's very difficult to capture that magic on a website! Maybe spell out all the little extras you include that no others do - I know it's stupid, but I really appreciated the hair straightners! No other villa I've stayed at has provided more than a basic hairdryer! We will definitely be back to Nearest Disney - if not next year then the year after! As our daughter now has to adhere to the school holidays, we will book for the summer holidays, and I wondered how far in advance we'd be able to book? I like to be organised!!!
