This was our first time staying in a rental home, and it was a great experience thanks to Katrina's professionalism, the house being just like the photos, and the location being perfect. The home is spacious (huge, actually), well-decorated, contains quality furniture and nice linens, and it was very clean. Little extras like hair dryers and night lights made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well appointed, and it was handy to be able to throw in a load of laundry. We were so fortunate that Katrina was willing to rent her home for less than a week's stay, since we only needed five nights. That was a huge plus for us. We went to each of the four Disney parks each day, and it only took 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom (the farthest away). Grocery stores, souvenier shops and restaurants are just minutes away. We loved the pool, and it was quite private because of the landscaping, and the neighborhood was quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

Hi Katrina, we had a WONDERFUL! The villa was wonderful, and had absolutely everything that we could have wanted. You may wish to compliment your cleaners on the wonderful job they are doing to. THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESS! We have stayed in Formosa Gardens several times before as we love the location, and have on occasions been left dissappointed (there is nothing worse than arriving tired and seeing the villa tidy but dusty shelves and lampshades). There was none of this at Nearest Disney!! We thought that the villa was even better than you portrayed in your website, but of course it's very difficult to capture that magic on a website! Maybe spell out all the little extras you include that no others do - I know it's stupid, but I really appreciated the hair straightners! No other villa I've stayed at has provided more than a basic hairdryer! We will definitely be back to Nearest Disney - if not next year then the year after! As our daughter now has to adhere to the school holidays, we will book for the summer holidays, and I wondered how far in advance we'd be able to book? I like to be organised!!! This house if by far the nicest rental we have experienced in Orlando. The owner was so helpful and gracious. Our original dates were in February of 2010, but we were unable to get out of Philadelphia with the constant snow storms. The owner offered us three other weeks as we had already paid for the house. We chose November during Epcot Food and Wine, and had a wonderful time. The home is impecable, the location is perfect. My son loved the lake across the street with hanging Spanish Moss - very Florida. We will be back. Thanks.

We stayed in the lovely rental home for 3 weeks in March and one week of April. What a great time we had in this great house. The pool deck is awesome and there is every amenity! We liked the wireless internet access and we Loved the convenient location. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay. Close to everthing everybody enjoys. Parks and shopping! It was very nice to have the pool at our disposal any time of the day or night. Made the heat of the parks bearable knowing we could get in the pool once we got "home". Room enough for everyone to have their own space when needed. We will definetley return!

We had a wonderful time. We went to WDW - Magic Kingdom & Universal Studios, and it was nice knowing after spending a day in the hot sun, there was our own pool waiting at 'home'. Lovely place. Huge house with very nice accomodations. The swimming pool is a lifesaver for the kids and adults. Very close proximity to Disney and right off of I-192 with many shops, restaurants, grocery, or whatever. This house is in tip-top shape and well planned to suit the needs and tastes of families visiting the area. The manager in the area is very accomodating and they checked with us to make sure everything was O.K. I will definitely look this home up for my next trip. Thanks Katrina!! James Black and family.

Every moment of our two week stay at "Nearest-Disney" was most enjoyable in every way. The home is superbly furnished with the finest, including the 55 inch TV. My husband loved it AND the internet access for the laptop. Our son and grandson thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey! The pool is the finest and is furnished with fun floats and pool toys. What a plus to be SO close to the parks and not spend unnessary time tied up in traffic. It was a pleasure working with the owners of this beautiful home and we highly recommend it.
