INSIDE - The Ramblin' River RANCH RESIDENCE is composed of two integrated units: (1) the Upper 3 Level 3,000 sq. ft. RANCH HOUSE and (2) the Lower Level 1,000 sq. ft. semi private FLATHEAD FLAT. These two spaces are joined together by a staircase to form the 3 "R" RESIDENCE which can accomodate 24+ persons and is ideally suited for Family Vacations, Family Reunions, Recreational Group Gatherings or Retreats. The RANCH HOUSE can sleep 12 to 16 guests and the Flathead Flat can hold 2 to 6+ guests. Both the RANCH HOUSE and the FLATHEAD FLAT are quite Spacious and yet Cozy and each is Beautifully Decorated and Very Comfortable!   • Full Kitchen (2) : The 3 “R” provides you with two (2) kitchens – a fully equipped multi appliance cozy and convenient gourmet kitchen on the 2nd (main) floor of the 3 “R” Residence; and a second “Kitchenette” with a gas range, a convection over/ micro wave and other basic appliances in the 1st floor’s 3 “R” Flathead Flat Great Room.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: The 3 “R” provides you with all of your cooking and eating utensils as well as a choice between using either regular china and / or plastic plates and glassware or no cleaning throw away paper plates and cups.
  • Refrigerator: The 3 “R” provides you with two (2) refrigerators – one (1) full sized frig in the 2nd floor 3 “R” Gourmet Kitchen which includes freezer space, an ice maker and an ice water tap; and one (1) small frig in the 1st floor Flathead Flat Kitchenette.

You can cook on either the extra large deluxe Jennaire gas grill located on the 3 “R” deck which has dinning capacity for 20 persons; or the medium sized Vermont Casting gas grill located on the 3 “R” Flathead Flat’s garden patio which has seating for 4 to 6; or the medium sized Charbroil gas grill located on the 3 “R” riverside cooking patio where large groups (i.e. 20+) can spread out and eat picnic style by the river.

  • Gazebo: The 3 “R” provides you with an awesome Amish hand crafted gazebo with an interior hand made table and benches with seating for eight (8). The gazebo is located at the river for your viewing enjoyment.

Ask for details: The 3 “R” has 300 feet of gorgeous frontage on the beautiful Flathead River whose three forks flow out of (1) Canada [i.e. the North Fork], (2) Glacier Park [i.e. the Middle Fork], and (3) the million acres Bob Marshall Wilderness watershed [i.e. the South Fork]. Those three branches converge at the southern boundary of Glacier Park where the main river begins slowly meandering (ramblin’!) its way through the fabulous Flathead Valley flowing past the 3 “R” and finally completing its journey at fantastic Flathead Lake.
