The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two twins, and the den has a full futon. All beds have linens and blankets. There are two and a half bathrooms which include towels.

This home features a full kitchen with all plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is a washer and dryer available for your use as well. The backyard is truly an Oasis in the Sun. There is a Pebbletec Pool with a waterfall, a spa, and a firepit for days and nights of relaxation. All of this is fenced in for your privacy.

This house is located on the outskirts of Phoenix, yet you are very close to every modern amenity. There is golfing, hiking, a 30-plex movie theatre, Arrowhead Mall, and a water park all within five miles. A little farther away is more golf, Anthem Outlet Mall, and hot air ballooning. A perfect house in a perfect location - you will never want to leave!!!
