The generous master bedroom suite includes a private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The Unique Benefits at this House
Conch Out Cottage has added it's own private pool, which can be heated most times of the year. Up to present, we have always allowed renters to use our golf cart, free of charge. When available, please feel free to use our bicycles as well (check for availability of these items when inquiring, as they are hard to maintain with the salt water, and constant use they receive).

Conch Out Cottage, LLC is made up of 11 different families. Most of us grew up vacationing on Fripp as kids. Since we fell in love with the island so many years ago, we were fortunate enough to purchase a 4th row beach house, add a pool, and put countless hours of elbow grease into it. We hope to own this and pass it onto our children.

Perfect vacation - everything was as promised. We've been to Fripp many times, and were able to check the location out prior to booking. Very secluded pool - I was surprised how much the Private Pool thing meant to the family, because we were always content just going to the crowded island pools in prior visits, but this was nice. Amenity cards aren't available with the purchase of this house, but based on our prior experience, this wasn't a huge deal for us and this was very clearly disclosed to us. Our favorite eat-out place is Johnson's Creek Tavern anyway!! - Just off the island, so no amenity cards are necessary, and much better from our experience than the more expensive on-island restaurants. We would have wanted the amenity cards if we didn't have our own pool, but since we did, no biggie. Also, there's just something sickening about buying the amenity cards (which we've done many times) when you are just buying the right to spend more of your money on the island places of business?? I think in the past we've spent $60-70 per amenity card and then blown hundreds more on the amenities. So, this actually made our vacation much cheaper. The Bedrooms were nice because they felt like you were able to get away from the noise in the main areas (the kids room may still have had some noise, but I didn't stay in that one). The Master BR and Master Bath was HUGE. We were able to put our baby in a pack & play in one of the closets, with the doors cracked, this worked great, but we commented that if we needed to, we could have added air mattresses, etc to that enormous room. Loved the proximity to being on the beach, and you have beach at all tides where this house is located. We were amazed how much we used the golf cart all week, and that added a ton to what we'd been missing at Fripp in year's past. Overall, the ownership just seems to be staying on top of this house compared to others we've stayed at. Carpet was brand new, pool was just one year old, kitchen was truly great, and stocked just the way I'd hoped it would be. I would recommend this house. JJ

We had a wonderful visit at this home. We were especially impressed that the bedrooms were so quiet, that the home was so well maintained, and that the kitchen had every conceivable convenience, including a sharp knife which is a rarity in rentals we've found, It was a bonus to have the golf cart included in the rental. We expected the pool water to be quite warm as is ours here in Texas, but it was cool and refreshing. We enjoyed the pool as much as the beach, and it was kept impeccably clean and ready. Thanks for a great home!

I stayed there with my son and family May 22 to May 29. The house is so very nice. So much room and so well equiped. The kitchen has literally everything you could want or need. The house is so comfy and inviting. The pool was great for the grandchildren ages,4,8 and 14. And they really loved the golf cart. I am sure we will be coming back to rent your lovely beach house. It was everything we ever wanted.
