All new carpeting and tile were installed last year as well as all new dining room furniture. For those of you who travel with a laptop, we have wireless DSL throughout the villa. Without a doubt, one of the best in St. Andrews Common. Our villa is our second home, not just a vacation rental. You'll notice the difference.
Our St. Andrews villa is located just inside Palmetto Dunes and is spacious and bright with a view that is spectacular! No stairs to climb is a great benefit whether you have suitcases, groceries, or legs that don't need to climb stairs. Non-smoking please.
Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and dining room allow you a view of the swimming pool (25 steps from our patio), lagoon, and the beautiful Fazio Golf Course. St. Andrews is located in the center of Hilton Head Island -the beach is a 2-minute car ride or a 10-minute walk on a paved bike/pedestrian path. You are only minutes from the ocean! Shelter Cove Harbour is also a short walk or bike ride on the bike path.
Our villa sleeps six with two large bedrooms each with their own private bath. A brand new king-size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed in the master. Two very comfortable twin beds in the second bedroom. A new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen-sized Aero bed is also provided to put on to the sleeper sofa for additional comfort.
The dining area seats six. Three televisions (one large flat screen in the living room, and one in each bedroom)all with cable TV. DVD player and CD player in the living room. DVD player in the master bedroom and a VCR in the guest bedroom. The swimming pool is located only steps from our private patio which has an exceptional view.
And as an extra comfort to our guests, if you have any problems while on the Island, we have friends who live on the Island and are happy to help any of our guests.
The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is now available to all PD guests. This service runs from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. daily to transport guests all around PD - from the beach house, as well as the Tennis Center, Shelter Cove Harbour, and the Mall at Shelter Cove. Personalized pick upservice is also available.

When our children were young, they are all three in college now, we enjoyed our weeks at the Island so much, we wanted to buy a place of our own. We rent it to help pay some of the bills but also because we wanted a place where families, like ours, could go and have a terrific place to stay that was super clean and not break the budget.

Benefits of staying with us? My husband is a builder and our villa is more up-to-date than almost every other one in our complex. The joys/curses of owning your own villa and being in construction. Every time we go down, he remodels another room and after 9 years of owning,the villa is perfect.

Thank you so much for the use of your condo. It was a fantastic week. The condo was great and we were so fortunate with the weather. No rain until our trip home! I forgot to write in your book so I wanted to be sure you knew how much we wnjoyed ourselves. We had forgotten how much we loved Hilton Head. It had been 10 years since we had been there. Jill, Just a note saying how great of a time we had..Kaitlyn (my 13 yr old) just loved the sunroom spot..the girls lived at the beach and at the pool...I saw several alligators while i was playing golf...I hope we did not leave to big of a mess...the girls fought over who was going to press the buttons to get in lol...although the first 2 days we got lost several times in st andrews commons lol...Would highly recommend the "kids cruise" onboard the gypsy...kids caught alot of foot long sharks...everything was fabulous except tracy getting stung by a jellyfish!!! If you need to refer anyone to me for a reference, please send them my way...oh yeah the girls said they enjoyed this vacation alot more than a caribbean cruise...and again thanks very much Paul C.
