Our St. Andrews villa - a sunny vacation getaway. - Hilton Head Island, SC - South Carolina Resort Rental - View the Beautiful Fazio Golf Course! You have just found a terrific vacation villa and we will take great care of you. We just had the week of August 16 - 23, 2008 open up and will offer it for $850 inclusive. We also have openings in the beautiful months of Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., and January 2009! Don't miss a chance to sleep on a new Sleep Number bed - so very comfortable! In January, 2008, all new carpeting and tile were installed as well as all new dining room furniture. For those of you who travel with a laptop, we have wireless DSL throughout the villa. Without a doubt, one of the best in St. Andrews Common. Our villa is our second home, not just a vacation rental. You'll notice the difference. Our St. Andrews villa is located just inside Palmetto Dunes, and we chose it for the same reasons we believe you will. It is spacious, bright and has a view that is spectacular! No stairs to climb is a great benefit whether you have suitcases, groceries, or legs that don't need to climb stairs. Non-smoking please. Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and dining room allow you a view of the swimming pool (25 steps from our patio), lagoon, and the beautiful Fazio Golf Course. Conveniently located in the center of Hilton Head Island -the beach is a 2-minute car ride or a 10-minute walk on a paved bike/pedestrian path. You are only minutes from the ocean! Shelter Cove Harbour is also a short walk or bike ride on the bike path. Our villa sleeps six with two large bedrooms each with their own private bath. A brand new king-size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed in the master. Two very comfortable twin beds in the second bedroom. A new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen-sized Aero bed is also provided to put on to the sleeper sofa for additional comfort. The dining area seats six. Three televisions (one large flat screen in the living room, and one in each bedroom)all with cable TV. DVD player and CD player in the living room. DVD player in the master bedroom and a VCR in the guest bedroom. The swimming pool is located only steps from our private patio which has an exceptional view. And as an extra comfort to our guests, if you have any problems while on the Island, we have friends who live on the Island and are happy to help any of our guests. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is now available to all PD guests. This service runs from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. daily to transport guests all around PD - from the beach house, as well as the Tennis Center, Shelter Cove Harbour, and the Mall at Shelter Cove. Personalized pick upservice is also available. We take care of our guests and would appreciate the chance to work with you.
