Our spacious 1800 square foot home is less than 1 mile from beach access. The access point is only 3/4 miles away! It's also a short drive from local restaurants and area attractions. Our Lake House comes fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 12 people. The Master bedroom (no bathroom access) has a King size bed. Guestroom 1 has a Queen bed, guestroom 2 has a Full bed, and Guestroom 3 has twin beds. The Game Room is contains an all in one game table, TV, DVD and board games. Our South Lake Tahoe Home is also equipped with Wireless internet Access. Lines are provided. Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs. Outside, we have a Hot Tub, a BBQ (charcoal), wood deck, and plenty of seating. We also have a porch and balcony. They are both located in the front of the property. This is a great Family Vacation Rental. There is a portable crib available. The back yard is fenced in, and there is a large garage with a storage locker (lockable) for your skis.

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the beautiful South Lake Tahoe area makes for amazing ski conditions in the winter. Bring or rent a car because Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe resorts are short drives from the house. Kirkwood is approximately 45 minutes from the house. Each ski resort has trails ranging from beginner to expert. Kirkwood has activates ranging from Rock Climbing to Dog Sled Rides. In the summer, Heavenly Adventure Peak ahs a zip line ride down the mountain. Pope and Regan beaches are 3 miles from the house. There is also a beach access 3/4 of a mile from the house. For a family day at Lake Tahoe try: fishing, sailing, jet skiing, or water skiing. In South Lake Tahoe there are casinos, golf courses, and Restaurants. The Mont Bleu Casino and Resort has a spa, casino and live shows. The Horizon Casino Resort has a kid-friendly arcade, movie theaters, and live music. Our Lake Tahoe Home is 80 miles from Yosemite and 100 miles from Sacramento. The airport is in Reno, which is a 90 minute drive but well worth the commute!

  • The house was great, just what my friends and I were looking to find for our yearly trek to Tahoe. The location is fabulous and is situated in a central, yet quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the Tahoe Keys Marina, a Blue Go (Cheap Public Transportation)stop is just around the corner, and is a short ride to the casinos. The house is very cozy and the upstairs loft area is practically it's own living space. We are seriously considering the place for a multi-family trip in the coming year.

  • We rented this cabin for our honeymoon and had a great stay! The place was nicely kept, great yard for the puppy to do back flips, the hot-tub was clean and ready for use when we arrived, the house was cozy and made for a great napping space when we were tired of the great outdoors. The house is in a great location with friendly neighbors who waved and said hello...and also let us borrow lighter fluid for the BBQ. We are already planning another vacation there with family and friends. I would recommend the Wilsons Cabin to anyone.

  • We recently stayed in the house for my husband's birthday. It easily accommodated our eight adults and two children. The kids had fun exploring the house upon arrival. It is much bigger than it appears to be! There is a giant extra room upstairs which everyone liked a lot. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. There was plenty of parking, and the hottub was great. There is also a great walk along the river right around the corner. Very beautiful! We really enjoyed our visit here.

  • This was the perfect house for a family and or friends get away!! It is very spacious and has lots of space, specially the children's room. It is centrally located so it is easy to get to places. My family and I loved it and we will keep it in mind for our next trip.

  • This is a great house in a great location if you are staying in South Lake Tahoe, and especially if you want to be close to Heavenly, which took me 12 minutes from the drive-way to a parking spot. The house is spacious, very clean, lots of towels and dishes. It says it can handle 12 and it can. It is a catch 22, I definitely recommend it, but at the same time I want to keep it available for when we need to stay in the area. Needless to say, it is a great place.

  • Definitely our favorite place to visit when we are in South Lake Tahoe. We've rented a few cabins in the area, but THIS one has a central location, a nearby open space to walk your dogs off leash, ample parking, the hot tub is clean! and well maintained, more than enough room for families, couples and/or singles/children, a great room that can also act as a private bedroom and overall has a "home away from home" type of feeling. PLUS, the owners are fair and honest... That's why we come here over and over again. We love this place!

  • We stayed for the weekend with a total of four couples, our 19-month-old daughter, and our dog. The house was more than large enough. The upstairs game room was great for hanging out, and far enough from the bedrooms to let my daughter go to sleep well before the adults. We also really appreciated the toys and books (both children's and adult) that were available. The hot tub was nice and hot, and while we only ended up with 5 people in in, I think it would certainly hold 6-8 close friends. Only positive things to say.
