In this resort we have one bedroom units with partial or direct ocean view. FREE parking. Located between Lahaina and Kapalua just north of Kaanapali and next to Kahana. There is a swimming pool here and access to the ocean. The reef here is shallow and great for snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing. In teh summer the sand builds up a beach here but most times it is a flat rocky surf. A year round sandy beach is about a half mile up and down the road.
Hale Ono Loa is the name of this resort(It means "The Good Life" in Hawaiian) is located in the center of West Maui's resort district between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The spacious grounds allow for each person to have privacy while offering wide open views of the ocean. There is an unbeatable elevated sun deck, a brand new large swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and inside lounging area.
Listen to the nearby crashing waves on your lanai and inside the unit. Dive into a lush coral reef just minutes away. When the surf is up, watch the surfers and kayakers right out in front from your view deck. Surfing is often very good right here or at nearby Honolua Bay.
Nearby are more beach parks, a farmer's market, shops, and restaurants. Close by are the Embassy Resorts, Papakea, and Kaanapali Shores; check their rates and compare! Our guests say our rooms are far superior to the slightly higher priced Papakea and Maui Sands.
These units are refurbished with brand new furnishings and paint every year.
We have several units here so if you have a wedding party we have a convenient situation. Many wedding parties have stayed at our units and enjoy the benefits of the view deck and pool area to hold receptions at no extra cost.
The islands of Lanai and Molokai will be in full view just a minute away from your room. Green sea turtles are present year round and come to feed on the reefs right out in front. |
