This condo was everything as listed. Jim was a pleasure to work with and we had no problems. The condo was really nice, a good size and very clean. The view was outstanding and the amenities were great. We had lots of storage room for luggage and clothes. We very much appreciated the good bed, comfortable chairs, and washer/dryer. We did a lot of whale watching trips and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our favorite restaurants were Kimo's and Cool Cats. Absolute favorite ice cream was Lapperts. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and relatives.

Home Away From Home with Spectacular Views!

This condo is better than a five star resort, completely remodeled using a professional interior designer. Quiet, private and within walking distance of several great places to eat or you can grill your meals by the pool. Watch the whales and listen to the waves through the ceiling to floor sliding wall of glass. Hunt sea glass within steps of the condo. You can enjoy this condo with family and friends because it is laid out for privacy with two full bedrooms and baths. We've spent several weeks with dear friends here and would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for luxury at a reasonable price.

The condo was amazing! We had more than enough room for our group of five and the views cannot be beat. We were in heaven the minute we walked through the front door and saw the view from the lanai! We saw dolphins and turtles as well as amazing sunsets. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and the market and just a short drive to Kaanapali and Lahaina. There is no need to look any further if you want all the convenience of home along with a stellar view!Thank you to Jim for answering my many questions, your place is wonderful. I am certain we will return.

10/21/11 We had a great time in this condo. It is well-appointed with a good amount of room for two couples. If it were any closer to the ocean, you would be standing in it. This was our 8th trip to Maui & this was the best deal.

This condo was perfect. It is located north of the busy parts of the golf courses and large resorts. The unit was clean and comfortable. The lanai was made part of the room so the condo was very roomy. When we return to Maui we will surely try to stay at this same unit. All the tennants and staff were freindly and polite,The only negative we had was we arrived at night about 10:30 PM and there was no street address visible from the street, We still found the condo after pssing it and going back very slowly.With its location away from the busier resorts south of us it was easy to do.

We have stayed at many places on this part of the island, and this truly is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The location of the unit provides the best views of the entire building, a full 180 degree unobstructed view. The sunsets are mesmerizing, and something we looked forward to every day. We cooked dinner every evening at the grills by the pool, so we never had to miss the sunsets. They even heat the pool in September, it was great. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance, and the area is much more peacefull and affordable than Kaanapali Beach. this truly is our most favorite part of the entire island. The inside is professionally decorated with every attention to detail and no costs spared. There is a great new entertaiment system to watch movies, and Red Box is close by. Great layouts for both bedrooms with large, modern bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen has everything you will ever need, open and spacious for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of room for four adults to not feel cramped, just a really nice place to stay. We will be back!

It was great. Maui is really a NICE place to be. The landscapes are wonderful, the people are relaxed and friendly. The apartment, the pool, the overall site, is great. If you are looking for a WOW.... this is the place and the apartment you are looking for. There is everything you need. It is at two steps of several restaurants. Our holidays have been wonderful. We spent an amazing 2 weeks with our children's for our summer vacations. We hope to return soon... We will recommend this place (apartment) to our our friends for their Maui vacation. Thanks to Jim to accommodate to our questions. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

We spent an amazing week with our daughters for their college graduation. Pictures do not justify the unity itself, top to bottom this is a incredible unit. The view is absolutely spectacular, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the bathrooms are spacious, there in plently of storage, etc. There is an entire wall of sliding doors that open which is breathtaking!!! There is access to Kahana beach which seems to be deserted our two visits to Maui. Jim was a pleasure to deal with and could not of been more accomodating to questions we had. This unit has been completely remodeled and we were told by a couple residents that this was the best unit in the complex. If you are looking for the WOW factor....the view, the sounds of the surf, a beautifully decorated unit you will find it here.

This is a beautiful condo with top notch furnishings and decor and a fantastic view. Go to sleep to the sound of the pounding surf, wake up early and watch the sun rise light up Lanai or Molokai depending on which private deck you are looking out of (there are two). Watch whales out in the channel, or turtles along the shore from the confort of your carpeted room. The owners remodel pushed the exterior walls pretty much out to the edge of the original lanai so you gain extra space yet can still enjoy an open air feeling because the slidding glass doors stow way off to the sides. You can walk to several resturants anything from a fun informal pizza joint (Dollies) to a high end formal place (Roys) or McDonalds. We drove a few minutes most days to play on the beach down by the Sheraton Black Rock. My wife and daughter signed up for a paddle boarding lesson which included an opportunity to jump off the Rock itself - my daughter did it twice. Neither of them fell once during two hours of paddleing they both really enjoyed it.

This is absolute paradise! We have stayed here two different times and will always go back when we go to Maui. The location is terrific and so close to everything-beaches, restaurants, and golf on the west side. The unit is equipped with everything that you need for your stay; beautifully decorated and the view from the lanai is spectacular. I believe the best lanai furniture in the entire bldg. from others I could see. Very comfortable. You will hear the waves, especially from the front bedroom but it is wonderful! We always go with another couple and it is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

This condo was an excellent choice and we congratulated ourselves on our decision. The decor was very tastefull and we noticed details we appreciated days after arrival. All photos of the property are accurate. The ocean views from two sides of the unit are spectacular. I would really like to return to Maui and rent this condo unit sometime soon! Wow Wow Wow... We have rented both of these condos for our family gathering. These are the two best condos we have ever had in renting all over the islands and other places on the mainland.. You can't miss on these. You can see all the attention to details and the owners have made sure the condo is well maintained You might find less expensive places but not better. I am not sure how they offer such great rate on a quality ocean front condo. The view alone is worth the price. Mahalo Allen ( as they say in the islands )

A great unit and location we found by meeting the owners in Illinois. But that is not to discount this comment. Right on the ocean with a FULL ocean view. Great sunsets. Family friendly. Parking included at no extra charge. We will come back.

I had the chance to stay at A-204 in April of 2001.What a wonderful veiw, breath taking sunset's.And a very warm and inviting place to stay.I would have to say that this is one of the most wonderful place's that I have stayed in. Not only does it have all that I have listed to enjoy, but it also felt like home. Very will decorated, clean, and all the updated applainces that you would need.I would have to rate the place an A.If I ever went back to visit that would be the place I would stay.
