"Holland House" is a spacious, 1500 square foot bungalow, situated on one acre of beautiful lawns on the shores of fabulous Lake Erie. Surrounded by forests it offers great privacy and seclusion. Sturdy wood stairs with bannisters on both sides lead down to your private sandy beach, where the water is clear and the fishing excellent.
As the water deepens gradually, bathing and swimming are very safe even for the elderly and the very young. The house is simply but comfortably furnished and offers a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen with center isle and attached dining area. The master bath has a garden tub and a shower. The second bath has a tub and shower.
Holland House is centrally located between the Cities of Erie and Buffalo. The niagara falls are only 50 miles away. Marinas, golf courses, hiking trails, and fine restaurants can be found within a ten mile radius. The famed Cultural Center, The Chautauqua Institute, offers concerts and theatre performances during summer and is less then 20 minutes away.
You will never get enough of the incredulous sunsets and walks on the beach, where you are more likely to encounter a deer or two then other people. The garage is set up as recreation area, equipped with a Ping-Pong table and some exercise equipment, but also offers room for your car.
