Yearly rental available at $1100 per month. The unit is fully furnished. You
just need to move in. Great for a student. Monthly rentals as follows: Sept. &
Oct, 2011 - $1500/month; Nov & Dec, 2011 - $1600/month. Jan., Feb. & Mar. 2012 -
$7800 total for three months - full season three month rentals only. Apr. 2012 -
$1600; May, Jun, Jul 2012 - $1400. Rentals less than six months will be charged
the monthly rate plus 11% tax. There is a $280 ($310 for two) application fee
(refundable for full season rentals),a $150 cleaning charge ($500 for yearly),
and a refundable $500 ($1100 for yearly) security deposit.
