Yearly rental available starting August 1, 2010 at $1100 per month.
The unit is fully furnished. You just need to move in. Great for a student.
Monthly rentals starting August 1, 2010 range as follows:
Aug, Sept, & Oct, 2010 - $1500 /month; Nov & Dec, 2010 - $1600 /month
Jan,Feb&Mar 2011-$7500 total for three months-full season three month rentals only
Rates do not include 11% tax, a $100 cleaning charge ($200 for yearly), and a
refundable $500 security deposit. Also, available at the weekly rate of $650.
