-NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
-Master suite: KING-SIZE BED, cable TV, DVD/VCR, large private bath with two sinks. Spacious closet area contains a toddler bed.
-Second bedroom: Queen-size bed, cable TV, DVD/VCR.
-Living room: Queen-size sofa sleeper, NEW 40" flat screen TV, Bluray DVD, gas-log fireplace.
-Fully-equipped kitchen.
-Slope view from private patio deck.
-FREE WIFI (access code required).
-Laundry facilities are provided on the fourth and fifth floors.
-The Silver Mill Lodge features three hot tubs, shared heated pool, pool table, fireplace, lobby TV, and ski lockers (NO SKI EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT). More hot tubs in the Arapahoe court yard, next door.
-Keystone Resort has free bus service to all locations within the resort.
-Summit Stage (pick up at Mountain House) offers free bus service to other resorts: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, as well as the towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne with its outlet Malls!
-3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY, except 12/18 - 1/2 & 2/12 - 3/31 (6 night minimum).
-A 50% deposit guarantees a reservation. Full payment + $350 refundable security deposit 30 days before arrival. All reservations are first come, first served. No reservation is held without a valid credit card and rental agreement.
-Cancellations less than 30 days notice(60 days notice for the dates of Dec.15-Jan.2 & Feb.12-Mar.31)are subject to forfeiting all monies, unless the time slot is rebooked. $100 management fee will be charged for all cancellations. Those cancellations made 30 days (60 days for peak) or more will receive a full refund, less $100 management fee.
-Stay 7 nights, 7th night is FREE!! Except holidays.
-There is an $80 cleaning fee applied to each stay.

One Great condo with everything you could possibly need

This was our second visit to this condo and i can say that this one of the best appointed condo's for skiing Keystone, everything you could possibly need is provided and fills homely from the moment you enter, we have already booked for 2011
