Elevated panoramic lake views along with several untouched wooded conservancy acres guarantees all guests a clear view to a private get-away experience. With 3000 square feet of spaciousness, our lodge sleeps up to nine people comfortably and has been stocked to accommodate all your needs. Professional landscaping includes inground sitting pool including landscaped waterfall features with an adjoining patio and walkways throughout the entire property. Walking/hiking paths are located throughout our 3 acre property along with a campsite for added fun.
Clearview's lodge architecture and open concept design features 25 foot vaulted, spruce ceilings, an awe-inspiring wall of viewing windows, hardwood floors and a soaring stone fireplace. You can "see for miles" from two large fully furnished (with professional grill) outside viewing decks. Built in 2003, the house features every up-to-date convenience: gourmet kitchen with maple cabinets, main floor bedroom suite, second floor living suite, sunroom, main floor laundry, attached three plus car garage, three bathrooms with showers and lighting features. Our recently added game lounge features: air hockey, skeeball, double shot basketball and a pool table. Professionally decorated and landscaped.
It's difficult to imagine that The Lodge's private location is within two miles of Lake Geneva's lakefront as well as the many prime area attractions including: Several area lakefronts, 400 holes of golf, water sports, skiing, restaurants, theatres, sports activities, picnic areas and playgrounds (see detailed list). Adequate parking for recreational vehicles is available directly on the property.
Living/Dining Areas (open concept): Updated "Lodge" decor, gas fireplace, panoramic exterior views, French doors leading to main deck with access to second deck from sunroom, entertainment center (TV, satellite, MP3, DVD).
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, reading lights, direct access to bathroom suite, adequate closet and drawer space with linens included.
Bathrooms: Three showers, bathtub, towels, complimentary soaps/shampoos/conditioners and lotions.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Prime Season ..... June-Sep.......... $3200-$3900/week (rented by month only). Off-Peak Season .. Oct-May 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. $500 damage deposit refundable within 1 week of stay. Local tax and a $150 cleaning fee apply to each stay. Other reservation rates by arrangement.

A home to me is about the people that live in the house plus the love that went into building it and living in it. This home was perfect from the moment I spoke to the home owner to living in it. The home owner was extremely congenial and accommodating. When you see this house, you won't need to look any further!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
