The unit has a fully equipped kitchen (with a view of the ocean), dining room, spacious living area, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The facility offers two gas grills, three swimming pools, jacuzzi, outdoor facilities and covered parking. No pets or motorcycles allowed.
A Straw Market (with sub, pizza, and ice cream shops, gift shops, convenience and package stores and a small pub), is conveniently located just in front of Shipwatch Pointe.
Shipwatch Point, located on quiet Shore Drive, is a family area with no through traffic. The beach is just a short two minute walk across the street. Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, NASCAR Cafe and Barefoot Landing are all close by, with Arcadia Lakes Golf Course right around the corner. Ocean Annie's and Apache Pier are both within easy walking distance. Entertainment is abundant with Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and many more attractions.
