  From our first contact with the owner this was an outstanding rental experience. We were first time visitors, visiting family and being close to them was important but as it turned out the location was central for exploring all over the island. The pride in ownership was evident as the unit was in excellent condition. Very comfortable and no noise issues. Stayed for a week, wish I could have stayed longer. I would not hesitate to rent here again. Aloha & Mahalo to the owners! FWIW, the locals gave the spot a good review as well!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Our second stay of what I hope will be many more. Fresh paint, steam cleaned carpets-like new! Great location - very friendly and accommodating owner!

  Very nice, well equipped condo. Location is great for getting anywhere on Kauai. Beach equipment included with the property makes it easier for travelers to go to the beach. This is the perfect place for couples. If we get to go to Kauai again, we will definitely rent this again!

  My wife and I stayed for 3 days. Excellent location, very easy to get all the Kauai activities and attractions. Well equipped, and the layout and decor was very good. Having all of the beach equipment makes it very nice for going to the beach. We feel it is the perfect place for any couple. We would rent this again if we get to visit Kauai.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  This was a wonderful place to stay while on vacation! When we arrived, the condo was clean and exactly as the photos/description described. The owner was most helpful & accommodating and also provided lots of information about the island & activities there. The condo is perfectly situated on the West shore and is central to everything the island has to offer. Additionally, there are good restaurants within walking distance and a Safeway just down the street to stock up on groceries. We really enjoyed having coffee & breakfast on the lanai every morning and then dinner or drinks out there in the evening. The view from the lanai is AMAZING!! One thing we would recommend doing while on the island is to go miniature golfing at Kauai Mini Golf. It is about a 15-20 min drive from the condo, but the course is situated in a botanical garden and is unlike any other mini-golf course--very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit. Thank you again!

  Weather: fabulous!, Condo: superb!, Vacation: priceless! (minus the MAJOR airline delays the entire way! Don't fly United!). Thank you Kevin! We had a wonderful stay! Hopefully we will be here again same time next year!

  Had a great time in Kauai. I don't know why anyone would go to a hotel when there are places like this to stay - all the comforts of home while on vacation. The condo was perfect. For great snorkeling, go to Maui....for here our best places were Tunnels and Prince Kuhio. For eats, the best place we went to was the Noodle Bar in Kapa'a. Best ice cream on the planet, go to Tropical Dream in the Safeway plaza just down the street. Thanks for the great stay!

  Cap'n Andy's sunset dinner cruise was a highlight of our visit - great crew and the views are breathtaking - we also saw dolphins! Drive to the Kalalau Lookout (Waimea Canyon), don't stop along the way, do that on the way back! Otherwise, you might run out of time - the view is awesome. Salt Pond beach is beautiful. Burger Bob's is overrated :( Smith Family Luau - two thumbs up! Coco Palms tour is a must - read all about the famous hotel in the book next to the TV. Overall, we loved our stay here in Kauai!
