Only ten minutes to Vail and three minutes to Beaver Creek world class skiing and restaurants, our Townhome is perfect for your vacation. The home overlooks incredible mountain views from every window! A great place to stay any time of the year.

With 2100 square feet of living space, four large bedrooms, three full baths, the home will sleep 10, but we limit occupancy to 8 persons maximum. It is perfect for family vacations, three couples, or just a group of friends on holiday. The layout allows for lots of privacy for everyone...with two bedrooms upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs, with the kitchen and living room in-between. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings.

Main floor: Entry is through the front door, or the garage, with no exterior stairs to climb. The kitchen is spacious, with south-facing windows and lots of light. Spotlessly clean, it is fully-equipped. Dishes and glassware for 12 persons.

The dining area has a knotty Alder wood plank table and six comfortable chairs that make you want to linger over coffee, or a glass of wine (table will seat up to 8). The fabulous iron and crystal chandelier sets the tone for a wonderful dining experience. Kichen counter area seats two on leather bar stools. There is also a card table with four chairs if extra dining space is needed.

The living room has 16 foot vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous floor to ceiling moss rock fireplace, twin sofas, and two leather club chairs, gas fireplace, and an awesome 37 inch flat screen high definition LCD TV, with DVD and pay per view. Perfect for relaxing or a movie. The walls are faux painted throughout, and display original artwork. Just off the living room is a large deck with a gas grill. Also a small desk, perfect for checking email on your laptop. Table top cd player can also play and charge your ipod.

Upstairs, the vaulted master bedroom has a light pecan wood carved king bed with luxury linens, antique bronze lamps, his and hers closets, a huge dresser, TV, and double vanity in the skylit bathroom with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has one queen bed, and elegant, dark carved wood furnishings, luxury linens, TV, skylit bathroom with tub and shower, just outside the bedroom door. There's a full-size washer and dryer also on the upper level.

The Lower Level has two bedrooms that share a "jack and jill" bath. One with a luxurious queen bed and full size sliding door overlooking the golf course..the other with two sets of quality bunk beds. There's double sinks in the bathroom, with a separate room for tub/shower, and toilet, which makes getting ready faster.

Remote TV in every bedroom. Bunk room also has DVD/VCR. There is also a small sitting room with desk and fax machine on the lower level, with a second full size sliding glass door opening onto a walk out patio, with PRIVATE HOT TUB. WiFi cable internet provided.

One king, two queens, two sets of bunk beds. No spring break students. No smoking inside the house. NO PETS. Minimum rental age is 25 years. 8 persons maximum. Specific furnishings & Bed types subject to change. Owners prefer not renting to persons with
younger kids, unless extremely well behaved.

New fall (2006) are stone tile for the entry, dining room, kitchen, and all 3 bathroom floors. Also slab granite in the kitchen, granite counters for all bathrooms with new sinks and faucets, new area rugs, lighting, and wood flooring in the living room. Also WiFi high speed cable internet. New in fall (2008) are polished marble tub surrounds in all the baths. New in fall (2009) gas kitchen range with warming drawer, Weber gas grill, washer/dryer. The place really looks great!!!

Bus Information: We are served by ECO (Eagle County bus system). The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. Buses run starting around 5am and run until 1am after midnight. They run every 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the time of the day. It takes 25 minutes to get from our stop to the Vail Transportation center. The cost is $3.00 per ride. Riders age 6-18 and age 60 and over pay $1.00.
The bus is convenient and reliable, but we prefer make a short 12
minute drive to Vail, or 3 minute drive to Beaver Creek.

  • The photographs do not come close to capturing how beautiful your place is, nor how LARGE it is, particularly the living room area. We had 4 children and five adults and never felt cramped. It is the most well-appointment place we have ever rented...and this comes from a group that rents by owner at least 6 times per year. Thank you!

  • The photograps do not begin to capture this homes rich, luxurious decor. It is well appointed with new furniture and outstanding mattresses.Nothing has been overlooked or spared to insure the guests comfort. The owners are courteous and prompt in all their dealings. The property is very convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek skiing. Avon is minutes away and offers great shopping, resturants etc. without the hassle of Vail parking. We will rent this property in the future. THANK YOU!
