The house has two holiday apartments. The apartment spanning the ground and 1st floor offers space for 4 to 8 persons (with use of the sofa beds, up to 10 persons), the attic apartment for up to 5. In other words, when booked together, there is room for up to 15 people.
The property expands over 1000 sq.m and offers next to parking spaces perfect conditions for leisure activities. Sun decks and lawn with respective furniture invite you to linger. The BBQ area makes for cosy evenings outside. For children there are slides and swings, as well as toys. The whole property offers wireless internet and thanks to the Germany-wide flat rate a telephone line is also available.
The village centre with its restaurants and shopping facilities, attractions such as the Postwäldle forest and the Hausbachklamm (gorge) can be reached within a few minutes walking.

Apartment lay-out: Ground floor: Large living room with tiled stove, eat-in kitchen with sitting corner, storage room, hallway and entrance area. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks and family shower, a cloakroom with toilet and sink. Pedestal, large terrace with sun loungers, accessible from bedroom 1. You have the option of booking an additional bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with a sink, a bathtub with whirlpool function, a toilet and a bidet. The large living room of 35 sq.m offers plenty of room. The tiled oven, operated via the basement, creates cosy warmth throughout the winter even in the kitchen. Along the large windows, you can find the pull-out dining table. There are board games, a radio with a CD player and a television. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a fridge with freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, two coffee makers, one for pads and one with filters, an electric kettle and a toaster.
