Our family spent 4 nights in this unit in May 2010. The building location is great. It's very close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc... and is just a short walk to the beach. The front desk staff was very helpful and quick to resolve my service request. However, the unit was lacking a lot of attention to detail. There were many things not in good shape that just added up to an average experience. For example, the dryer hose was venting into the master bedroom (this was resolved the day we reported the problem), the hall bathroom door did not lock, one of the closet doors was not on its hinge and would just fall down, the bathtubs did not drain well, the comforters had stains, and we never could get the DVD player to work. Also, there were no curtains on the windows so two of the bedrooms were very bright from the parking lot lights at night and very bright early in the morning. Overall, I might stay at these towers again, but not in this unit.
Owner response: Your feedback is very important to us. Since your stay we have updated our condo with new ceramic tile floors, living room furniture and an updated master bedroom too ! We have on-site staff that immediately responds to any maintenance needs that are reported.
