Situated in the picturesque South Carolina Low country along the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the epitome of all that is desirable and perfect about vacationing on Hilton Head Island.
We are in the desirable building "C". In addition to having an ocean view, we have a marsh view and are situated on the top floor. Villas on the opposite side overlook the asphalt parking lot.
Footsteps to the sand, the constant roar of the ocean, and easy access to family and fine dining, world-class golf, and an endless assortment of family activities.
You can retreat and rejuvenate in our one bedroom/one bath beach condominium on the top floor with a fantastic ocean view - COMPLETELY AND PROFESSIONALLY RENOVATED. Every year, we upgrade our villa. In 2010, we have installed a new heating/AC unit, water heater, sleeper-sofa, windows in the sliding glass door and new furniture.
We've added a free high-speed internet connection, new hardwood flooring throughout, ceramic tile in the bathroom, updated kitchen with stone countertops, bathroom updates, quality furniture, and all-new decor and furniture with upscale enhancements in a relaxing tropical beach theme.
The smoke-free condominium sleeps four adults (two in queen size bed and two on the new 2010 queen-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded Sealy mattress) and two additional children may sleep in the built-in bunks. You also can prepare meals in the updated full kitchen.
Located a short 100 yard walk from the beautiful sandy beach and huge pool, this resort also includes a tiki bar (entertainment regularly provided), tennis courts, playground, fishing lagoon and restaurant. The pool is the largest oceanfront pool on the island with separate kiddie pool.
We first came to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort about nine years ago. We think so highly of this resort that we purchased this condo with the intention of making a significant investment on the renovations so that we would be able to enjoy this condominium for years to come.
We really love this particular condo and resort - and we know that you will too!

Very happy with the Condo and the site , Very Clean . Very Quiet, Air conditioning Work perfectly Close to grocery store . Close from bike path. On the beach . Nice View on the Balcony.
