The condo has approximately 850 spacious square feet with an open floor plan. The condo is located in a condo community that has low density population on five and one-half lush tropical acres with only 54 units.
The condo area is very quiet and relaxing with noted quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. The condo is located on the ground floor to provide easy access to the pool and barbecue areas. Cool gentle flowing breezes help keep the unit cool. There is bedroom air conditioning for a
comfortable sleep.
There are ceiling fans throughout the condo and floor fans in the living room. Free local phone calls are available.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
There is a golf cart available to unload your luggage and/or groceries.
There is a large heated pool for your enjoyment. There are two tennis courts with a basketball hoop on the property available to use.

Comfortable, Clean, Calm and Convenient

Koa Resort is across the street from the beach, and thus it is not ocean front. However, it is about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we saw amazing sunsets there. The ground-floor units all open onto a grassy, park-like central area, which has a swimming pool, barbeques near the units, and some covered areas for gathering. It was quiet, very relaxing. All the photos are accurate to the current condition of the property. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, which was comfortable. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. Finding glass mugs pre-chilled in the freezer was a special surprise! One thing lacking was a place to hang towels. Since it is against the condo rules to hang towels on the patio, it would be helpful to have extra places to hang beach towels in the bathroom instead. The bathroom has a shower only; no bathtub. This was fine for us, but some may wish to know this in advance. The hosts were clear about how the payments would be handled, and about how to get into the condo once we arrived. They also kindly accommodated our early check in, since we arrived to Maui in the morning. Very hospitable!

This is a great location! It is the perfect distance from the beach and other great place to shop out eat, but also far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The pool is right in the back yard! Very clean and well kept!
