Beautiful property in a great location. We had some minor wi-fi connection and speed problems. Also, would have liked some toiletries. All of the restaurant recommendations were perfect! Very enjoyable trip.
Owner response:We provide soap, tissue, q-tips, but do not provide shampoo, conditioner,as we find that people have their own preferences. We try to keep WiFi with a strong signal but sometimes it runs into to issues, we are looking into a signal booster. Also we notice that newer computers do not seem to have problems, but older ones can.

This house is beautiful and looks like the pictures, with fantastic lighting, kitchen, and fireplace. In-floor heating was welcome during our November stay. Location is great, just a short walk to the plaza or the railyards and farmers market. Also has easy parking to take trips wherever. We would visit again!

This house was just perfect everything about it, so much that we're going to be staying here again. Audrey is great and very helpful. I definitely think this is the place to stay when going to Santa Fe. So close you can walk to the plaza,

Casa Geneva is an OUTSTANDING rental. It started with the ease in working with the owners, Tim and Audrey are wonderful. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath was fabulous for two couples. The living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious and decorated perfectly. The location was a huge plus, and having two parking spaces off street was terrific.

We just wanted to express our thanks for providing such a nice place to stay. My wife and I have a couple of years experience in rent VRBOs and this house was very impressive compared to many. We had a great time and hope to visit soon.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home during October, 2007. It was perfect in every way and wonderfully appointed. We have delighted sharing our experience with our friends and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

We recently spent some time in this beautiful and comfortable home in the heart of Santa Fe. It is in a quiet and private location but is only blocks from the galleries, restaurants and shops of the Plaza. We especially enjoyed the beautiful furnishings and the hospitality and "insider's perspective" provided by the hosts. We're planning to return as soon as possible!

We stayed in this wonderfully appointed house during Indian Market, and it was the perfect location. Away from the traffic, yet within walking distance.

"Spectacular" is the correct word to describe this house and its owners. We were in town for my niece's wedding and this was the perfect situation for that - being centrally located, yet quiet and private. The perfect get-away place. Thanks a million!

My husband and I were the lucky FIRST guests in this lovely house which far exceeded our expectations. We wanted a simple Casita that was close to food and art, and what we found was a spectacularly well appointed two bedroom with "all the fixings." Our hosts spared no details: the architecture is original, bright and evocative of the area. We particurlarly loved the high ceiling in the livingroom/diningroom and the fireplace-- as well as the sophisticated lighting in every room. Also, the master bedroom and bath were luxurious as was the kitchen (who doesn't love a Viking stove?). We enjoyed having light meals in the house then walking into town for dinner or a delicious lunch (but we could make ANYTHING with the well- stocked kitchen). We recommend this house to anyone travelling to Santa Fe. It is the perfect alternative to a luxurious hotel room, one that we will remember for very long time.

...we so enjoyed our stay at your lovely rental house. My husband who has been in the upper end design and architectural business here in Phoenix for over 50 years was so impressed with the amount of detail you have included in the renovation of this property. I second that! One of the reasons I moved from Santa Fe several years ago was the thirst for more refinement, and not so much Santa Fe style. You have accomplished both in this lovely, charming place. Also give our kudos to your interior designer for the fabrics chosen and the furniture. We do want to come back soon.
