Stayed for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time! The house is situated in a beautiful secluded valley surrounded by snow-capped peaks but is at the same time close to amenities and activities/entertainment. Definitely the best of both worlds! Amazing views from the huge picture windows and deck; we truly felt as if we were perched on top of the world. We enjoyed shopping in Breckenridge, kayaking on Dillon Reservoir, soaking in the hot springs at Mt. Princeton, swimming and picnicking at Twin Lakes and just relaxing in the hammock on the beautiful property. The room over the garage was perfect for the teens in our party--plenty of space for them to spread out and have some privacy without being too far away. We will definitely consider this property for next summer's vacation!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to just get away, this is perfect! The view from the kitchen/hot tub area is gorgeous. My friends and I had a great time going on walks around the area, playing games, and enjoying the hot tub (which malfunctioned a bit on the first night but we got up and running by the second day and the owner was super helpful with finding a solution to fix it). An overall great experience!!!
