Beautiful, all new inside, two bedroom condominium on the North end of Elk Lake. Near Elk Rapids and Traverse City. Over 1400 square feet. Sandy beach perfect for swimming, with beach furniture and picnic tables. Large deck overlooking the lake with patio furniture and gas grill. Only two other condos, so a peaceful setting.
Hardwood floors and central air conditioning. Small row boat for fishing is provided. Elk Lake is a wonderful boating and swimming lake and is part of the chain of lakes that includes Lake Skegemog, Torch River and Torch Lake.
One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a king bed. Queen airbed also available. Tennis courts, playground equipment and basketball courts are across the street at the township park. Golf, shopping and fine dining are close by. All bed linens are provided, just bring your towels. Cable TV. Our unit has a brand new, completely equipped kitchen with island bar. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Balance of rental is due 21 days prior to reservation date.
Rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
